Poor customer service. I called on a Friday at 3:30pm telling them my garage door had malfunctioned, they told me someone would be out Monday morning "first thing" to look at it. I called Monday morning around 8:30am to get an idea when they might be in, I was notified they "would be in that day". At 3:00 pm I decided to call back and see if they forgot about me, I was notified again, that they would be out that day. They never showed up on Monday. Tuesday morning I called another company and they had a service technician at my place within the hour. Tombs called me Tuesday at 4:00PM and said they would be out Wednesday morning to look at my door opener, I notified them that they would not be working on my door and explained my frustration, the woman on the line tried to explain that they were busy. Do what you say you're going to do, set the expectations properly. As a small business owner I know first hand we are all busy all the time, that's no excuse to hide behind. I won't be using Tombs Door again. Poor customer service.
