Google5My garage door was not working for several months. I tried a few things but was unsuccessful. I called Timberline and Kyle arrived within 15 minutes of my phone call. He diagnosed the issue in one minute and fixed it within 3 minutes. He was very friendly and clearly explained the issue.

Google5Kyle came over to repair our garage door within an hour of my call. He fixed the problem (replaced a spring) and then spent some time checking out both doors, lubricating the rails and even replaced the bulbs in the opener unit. He did a great job, and what impressed me the most was his professionalism and pride in what he did. I cannot recommend his service too highly!!

Google5Met Kyle for the first time today. Called earlier this morning and he squeezed me in same day. Not only did he repair the problem but he also applied lubricants to both my garage doors and checked the spring tension on the other one (most likely the cause of the problem on the broken door). Enjoyed talking with him and enjoyed the fair price. Would highly recommend him to others.

I contacted several garage door companies and no one wants to work on these. My door got stuck in open position and I was trying to get someone to look at it. Kyle responded very quickly and was here within a day. He looked at the door, was not afraid to jump in. He identified the problem as an incorrect installation and was able to remedy the issue very quickly. He not only got the door working again but better than ever!
