Google5Everything replaced and works amazingly. Doors flush and seals are tight. Installer was great, left no mess and explained the new technology. Salesman was great and followed through on price and install time. Highly recommend.

Google5Very professional. Took a few weeks to get the door in but that has nothing to do with the shop folks. Once the door was in stock, they scheduled and completed the install quickly. Installer arrive exactly when scheduled and did a great job.

Google5The technician Jesse was very helpful . He took care of the details needed after our garage door went out of adjustment. I was very pleased with his service. Jesse made a difference and I believe we will get many trouble free years from our new doors.

Google5Overhead Door (Preston/NorwichCT) just repaired my garage after it was hit by a car and I could not be happier. Paul got in touch with me immediately and sent Dan out to assess the damage. We purchased the garage doors from Overhead Door 25 years ago and they were able to replace the damaged inside track without replacing the door and also did the repair to the garage wall (we had no idea that they could do the whole job). Dan went above and beyond in the freezing cold and it looks better than new. Paul got me everything that I needed to submit a claim and stayed in touch until the work was completed. My husband and I are so impressed with the finished product, that we are going to have them look at another job. It is so nice to know that there is still a local company out there that takes pride in what they do. I wish that I could give them more stars.

Google5Jesse, the tech who was assigned to our service call is awesome! Jesse was very friendly, polite and extremely professional. He did a great job servicing our garage door issue and even taped up one of the panels of the door where the glass had broken. Overhead Door has gained a loyal customer thanks to Jesse!

Google5We had them install an awning off the back of our house. They were very responsive to all our concerns and professional in all our dealings with them. I highly recommend them. Our awning looks better than we even imagined.
