Google5Very cold morning found my car stuck on the garage. Able to open it manually and get to an appt. OH opened early at 7:30am so I was able to talk to Keith to get myself in line. They were thankfully able to come by the same day after lunch. Matt called me when he was 20min out so I could leave work to meet him. He figured out the problem confirmed a part he had on the truck could work and had my door opening smoothly. Freezing temperatures, he was pleasant to work with. Project luckily only an hour and probably broke due to a combination of an older plastic part and the cold weather. The replacement part is metal so that may be helpful down the road. I recommend using them for any assistance. Very knowledgeable and prompt service for their products.

Google5Great experience with Overhead Door Company of Pioneer Valley. I was interested in replacement of 20 year old doors, hardware, and openers. I called and talked with Keith, who was great. He promptly took a look at the job and gave me several options from hardware only to a full removal and replacement. I opted for the full install and am glad I did. Steve came out and did an outstanding job. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and clearly cares about his work. Thanks!

Google5My garage door gear, which sends the door up and down, stripped. I called Overhead Door Company of Pioneer Valley at about 9:00 am in the morning and at about 1:00 pm that afternoon Steve showed up to fix the door. Steve was excellent. He quickly got to work and repaired the gear as well as checked the springs to make sure everything was operational. I was so impressed with the service and Steve that I highly recommend this company for any garage door needs.

Google5Fixed my garage door after it was backed into inside. A company came out and told me $900 have to replace the whole door and they don't make it anymore so it would be a special order. Then I remembered Matt helped my Mom a few times so I called him. He was able to fix all the dents it looks 95% perfect. You can barely see the minimal damage he couldn't fix. Then he gave me a new remote for both doors bc we had separate and reset everything. He was here for about an hour and the total cost for repairing the door and the remote was $75! Call him! He will come right out and not rob you.

Google5Although I expected them next week, Overhead Door called with an opening and came right away. Matt assessed the problem immediately and got right to work. When finished he showed me where to spray the lubricant to keep the doors running smoothly and quietly. Not a peep out of my doors now! Matt kindly left me a full can of lubricant and explained what type of lubricant I should purchase if/when I need another can. Matt was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Overhead Door installed three garage doors in my new home 9 years ago. First service call in 9 years, today! YES! I highly recommend The Overhead Door Co

Google5Matt came out this morning. Small repair job but was very courteous and professional. I have used OHD in the past and have always been very satisfied with their work. The door he fixed actually needs to be replaced which will be done by them very soon when I pick out a new door.
