The technician from KSE garage doors was polite, dressed appropriately for the job, spoke professionally, was knowledgeable and familiar with my garage door issue, and cleaned up his work area after the job was complete. I needed a new garage door opener and he installed it quickly even though we have a super high door and I never thought a garage door opener would fit. Yelp5My garage door wouldn't close because animals had chewed the wires on the safety sensors, and the units needed to be replaced. I called KSE at 9:30 am today, Arthur showed up around 11:00 and explained pricing to me, then did a very thorough job in just 20 minutes. Very pleased.

Yelp5Amazing service and reasonable price. My garage door sensor broke during a snowstorm, and I was very anxious because my car was inside. I called Kasey, who had installed the door four years ago, and he came right over -- despite the poor driving conditions -- and fixed it, for a reasonable price. He is a good businessman because doing this has made me recommend him to several people who are looking for garage door replacements or repairs.

Yelp5We enjoyed our experience with KSE. When I called they asked me to send pictures of my issue and said it wouldn't be hard to fix. Didn't try to upsell me and came within the week (said they would have made sure to come earlier if it was a safety issue). They came on time this morning and were done in less than an hour. Very professional and friendly! Will use them when it's time for us to replace our door down the line.

Google5KSE Garage Door Services is an outstanding company with very reasonably priced service. Kasey replaced the bar and coils on my garage door. Kasey was responsive, highly efficient, thorough, and communicative. Another company that repaired my garage door just 4 years ago did not include bearings which caused my bar to break. Choosing the right company can be difficult and costly. I recommend KSE to anyone needing garage door services.

Google5My spring snapped in the Garage, it was such a loud bang I got scared while cooking some dinner . I did a lot of research finding a local company and found KSE Garage Doors. I called them and they had a technician out later that day. The technician did an amazing job and completed the whole job within 40 minutes. They are the true meaning of "Professionals". The price was very reasonable even with all the rising costs of materials nowadays. He also explained to me how to maintain my garage door which was really nice of him. I highly recommend using this company for all your garage door needs! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!

Yelp5Came quickly and assessed the damage I caused when I backed the car into the garage door. The technician was honest about what actually needed to be done (nothing) vs what could be done to repair the cosmetic damage. I appreciated the honesty and humor of the technician. I needed it. Destroying ones' own car and maiming the garage door at the same time doesn't make you feel great. When we do finally get to repairing the cosmetic damage, KSE will be the one I call. Highly recommend!

Google5My mother lives in newton and she is very old and she needed help with her garage door. I don't live in Massachusetts but I found KSE Garage Doors online and was able to book a service call for my mother through their website. They came out the same day , fixed the issue and I was able to pay by Credit card over the phone . Super easy company to work with im so happy I found this company. Definitely recommend them

Yelp5I worked with Artur to install a new garage opener. He is very responsive and professional. We had a minor issue with an electricity while he was installing the new machine, but he was able to make a revisit in a few days to complete the job asap. I highly recommend this company!

Google5Kasey was very professional in all respects in fixing my garage door system. He was very responsive/communicative setting up our appointment. His assessment of my issues and recommended options were well articulated and were cost/benefit based. He didn't try to up-sell me, and instead, felt strongly about utilizing rather than replacing components that were still "good" in the door system. Kasey provided me with a great fix, including a smart safety feature. I felt I could trust his judgment and basis of his pricing. He has a lot of pride in his workmanship and I would quickly recommend him for any garage door services you may need.

Needed some very minor garage door maintenance recently that was related to the second visit from last year. KSE stopped by and took care of it at no cost. Kept us in the loop throughout. Just excellent overall.

Angi5Kasey and his crew did an amazing job. I called Kasey to come over to the house and get a quote for new garage doors and new motors. I met Kasey the next day. He measured everything, I picked the doors while he was there from his tablet. He ordered the doors and within a few weeks they arrived. His crew came over at 10 in the morning and worked until 9 at night to finish the job. Got 4 remotes and a touch pad for free. The doors work and look great. Services Rendered: Needed new garage doors and new motors installed.

Angi5Casey arrived on schedule, gave an estimate that turned out to be eerily accurate, and happened to have the parts to do the job immediately. He made sure the door was well-balanced and lubricated everything so the garage door is now noticeably quieter. Very quick and professional. Services Rendered: Garage door torsion spring snapped, needed prompt replacement. We replaced both springs since the other one was likely to snap too.

Angi5I was in a hurry. I hit the garage door when it was half open. No big damage, just dents. I could open the door by hand and leave the house. I called KSE. In 15 minutes someone was in my house fixing the garage door, the tracks and rollers. Great service, prompt, affordable. Services Rendered: Driving in reverse I hit the garage door.
