Google5I'm pleasantly surprised by my garage door repair experience in late 2018. I called on a Saturday morning, Steve listened to my description of the problem, he explained what he thought should be replaced and why, and he offered to perform the repair on the same day. He arrived on time, was very courteous and informative, and the repair was done less than 3 hours after I initially called. Shrewsbury Overhead Doors provides prompt and professional service at a fair price.

Google5So impressed -- one of the springs on our garage door broke this morning, I called, and he was here a couple of hours later. Replaced both springs, the pulleys, and the cables, all for a reasonable price. I'll say it again -- our garage door broke this morning; it's not even 1:00 in the afternoon yet, and it's fixed. Amazing.

Google5This guy is excellent! He does fantastic work and completely cleans up when he's finished (removing all trash). His prices are very reasonable and he can probably work with anyone's budget. The quality of his products are excellent as well. My doors were "contractor grade" and the door openers were from big box stores and he pointed out the points of failure and low quality in my existing setup. Then proved to me what he is installing is better. He gave me different repair options from "just getting one of my doors working again" to full replacement of both doors and openers and he never pushed any particular option - leaving the decision completely up to me. I found him by just doing a Google search, when going to work and my door wouldn't open on a freezing cold morning and got really lucky. So glad I found him!

Google5Shrewsbury Overhead Doors was recommended to me by a neighbor. They did a really wonderful job. The owner, Steve, was super friendly and knows just about everything garage door related. I had to get both my garage door openers replaced after they were fried in a lightning storm. Steve came by the same day I called him, provided a very fair estimate and took the time to discuss options. Once we settled on a style, he was back a couple days later and had all the work done in a few hours. Fast, friendly, and well priced. Would definitely recommend him to everyone.
