Google5Fantastic! Everything from start to finish was top-notch. Service was prompt -- the technician (Matt) arrived the same morning I called. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the problem and worked nonstop to fix it (in 180 snowy weather, no less) and finished the same day. As part of the service, Matt did a health check on the door and I'm happy to know I have a lot of life left in it. The workmanship was swift and excellent and I felt reassured knowing it was done right. I highly recommend this company.

Google5Matt did an outstanding job repairing our damaged garage door. I was totally expecting that the door needed to be replaced, but after a thorough inspection Matt said he could repair it to give us a couple more years of use. Matt knows what he is doing. You can trust him. He is not going to recommend something you don't need and his prices are more then fair. Do not hesitate to call him!

Google5The springs on our garage door broke on Thanksgiving. Upstate showed up first thing the next morning and replaced them. Matt was personable, professional, efficient and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Google5After researching a ton of different companies to work with, I ended up used Upstate Overhead Doors. I am no where near disappointed in the response time, quality of work and overall cost. The initial estimate was done, which was significantly less than I was expecting after working with a few other locals companies for estimates and I agreed to have it done immediately. Matt was able to have both of my garage doors fixed and install 2 new motors within a few hours of arriving just for an estimate! Extremely professional, courteous and very high quality of work. If you need someone to work/install your garage doors, your search stops here!

Google5I HIGHLY recommend "Uptown Garage Doors" if you ever need to have your doors repaired or replaced. Matthew was such a JOY to work with. VERY competent with his craft. He took time to explain everything, and showed me how to use the newly installed product. Very pleasant, friendly, and polite, which is rare these days, with some companies you hire. I am VERY PLEASED!!!! Thank you Matthew~
