Angi1Repair man was not wearing a mask would not social distance ... I requested that he move because I am fighting cancer and he refused. Eventually he moved after I told him he can either move or leave. Services Rendered: Fix jammed garage door

Angi5Called Tim and left a message after hours; he called me back the following AM and said he would be there mid-morning - and he was. The job was completed in 45 mins and we have a new higher rating spring and a lubed door. Tim was very straight forward, right to the task at hand, and I feel his price was fair. Please consider hiring Tim as he is a Vietnam Veteran! Services Rendered: Our 11 year old garage door torsion spring failed, luckily not dropping the door until it was almost all the way down.

Angi5He came an hour after I called and replaced the broken springs. The replacement springs were stronger than those replaced. Price was very fair. I will recommend him to anyone. I will definitely use him again for all my garage door needs. Services Rendered: Springs on overhead garage door broke and needed to be replaced.

Angi5I called after 5pm and got an appointment for 9am the next morning. He arrived on time with everything he needed and got right to work. Spring and shaft were replaced and the door was operating normally in less than an hour. Total cost was on the low end of what I expected for Ann Arbor. The parts were probably under $50 at contractor/wholesale prices, so it was about $125 for an hour of labor and travel time/cost. A good deal for good work. Services Rendered: Garage single-door spring snapped and needed to be replaced. The shaft was also damaged and possibly needed replacing.

Angi5It went great! I called at 8:00am and my garage door was in perfect working order by 9:00 am! You can't ask for better service then that! I definitely recommend this company! Services Rendered: The bracket came off my garage door. I needed a new bracket.

Angi5Called 8:00 am on a 5 degree winter Monday morning. Met me at the house by 9:15 and had absolutely no complaints about the frigid cold! Got right to work, completed as promised at the price quoted. Services Rendered: Garage door spring failed over the weekend. Needed to be replaced quickly in the sub-zero weather.

Angi1Very rude. I called him because he advertised on his website that he sells parts. When I called to order a part, he was condescending and derogatory about homeowners who plan to take care of fixing broken parts themselves instead of paying him $150 to do it. He told me, that most people are stupid and think they know what they're doing, implying that we were in this group. We decided to call Overhead Door in Whitmore Lake after I told my husband that I refused to do business with this company. The guys at Overhead Door were professional, helpful and friendly. He even carried the new part out and put it in my car for me. After 20 minutes, my husband had the part replaced and the door rebalanced and our garage door was as good as new. Not all customers are incapable of doing a little research and tackling a repair themselves - and saving themselves $150. I'll never do business with this company.
