Google5I had an issue with my garage door, the arm that connects to the opener had disconnected from the door itself. I called John at 1:40 this afternoon, and within 2 hours my door is fixed, all at a reasonable cost. Will be my garage door guy going forward. Thank you!

Google5Best garage door repair company! We had a malfunction in the opener and the team arrived at 7:45 p.m. to fix the issue. Within a few minutes the door performed like new. Best of all, there was NO CHARGE for the service. An amazing company. Please call them for service. You will not be disappointed.

Google5I absolutely recommend Empire. I had an issue with my garage door after the power outage and manual opening. I called them after 4pm today, described the problem and got an appointment the same day at 6pm. Right away they found the issue, replaced the broken spring, lubricated all rolls and hinges. 45 minutes later everything was done and the door is working like new. Honestly, I wasn`t expecting that quick service and having the spare parts on hand is great. Price for product and service is also reasonable. Thanks again for saving my day!

Google5John and Hector were great. Had garage door damaged by someone who drove down my driveway (country) and hit my 16 foot door at 3AM Monday morning. They came out at 8 PM that day and got it open so I could go to a Dr appointment Tuesday and give an estimate. Tuesday scheduled a replacement door. Thursday they arrived at 4 PM and were finished around 7:30. They worked well together and did an excellent job. Cleaned door inside and out and area. Very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Google5Our springs broke when trying to open our garage door. The first place I called was empire. John answered the phone and explained he could be at my house within hours! WOW wasn't expecting that!! When John arrived he was super nice and informative. He gave me all the options we decided to just fix the springs. Within a half hour John fixed the springs and adjusted our door so it works perfectly again. I would highly recommend this company and especially John for his commitment to excellent custom service and quality workmanship!!!

Google5Spring broke in middle of night. Called Empire at 6:55 AM and John answered the phone. Came out same day and diagnosed fix. Needed heavy duty spring which John ordered same day and picked up next day and installed. Great service. Good guy. I recommend with highest regards. Fair price and great value. Also learned to lubricate the main spring with silicone. John is the top repairman in my book.

Google5Needed a new spring for our garage door. Called this morning and they came over in about ten minutes. Got a new spring on and they did some adjustments in about 30 minutes. I'm very happy to have the door working again. Recommend this company for any garage door repair.
