Google5Steve W. at Precision Garage Door in Ann Arbor was very helpful and explained the repair service he proposed to do clearly. He did a great job, and we were back to using our garage door again very quickly. Highly recommend.

Google5Part of my garage door pulley system pulled out of the wall, and I called Precision Garage Doors to repair it. Justin was able to come out within just a day or two, and he improved our setup, making it stronger than it had been before. He was extremely helpful, and I appreciated his candor.

Google5I love my experience with Precision Garage Door! This was a second door I've had installed and both experiences have been easy, done quickly and the installers were super friendly! I will recommend this company to everybody I know that needs a garage door. They are great!!!

Google5My service technician Justin L. was great, very prompt with a courtesy call prior to arrival. He was very friendly, professional, courteous and helpful. He did a great job to explain the issue at hand and the repair was very quick. He gave us several options to consider including all the pros and cons for future repairs and answered all our questions.

Google5I was able to schedule an appointment and get same day service on a Saturday! Technician arrived in time and did a thorough job installing a new overhead garage door opener and fixing various other issues. Clean job, pleasant communications, very happy with the service.

Google5Very professional. I called on a Tuesday afternoon immediately after our garage door opener broke. The technician originally planned to come out on Wednesday afternoon, but due to a cancellation worked me in on Wednesday morning. The installation went smoothly, we got the phone app set up, and I'm very happy with the new opener.

Google5Repairman (Michael Jolly) was prompt and even ahead of the scheduled appointment time. He fully explained the work necessary to get the garage door in working order. The repairs were made in a timely fashion and quicker that his initial estimate. The cost of the repairs were reasonable. This is the second time I've used Precision and was extremely satisfied on both occasions.

Google5Precision has been helpful in maintaining my garage door over the years. My goal is to keep the current one working and not have to replace it any sooner than necessary. They send service people promptly, everyone who has been here is professional and thorough. It's not the least expensive option, but they work with me, which is worth a great deal.
