Google5I went to EZ Glide to get a U brace, they recommended to fix my damaged door panel. They were a very big help! When installing The U brace I discovered a broken coil spring. I called for service. This is a couple days before opening of deer hunting. I was told they would do their very best to get to me. The Friday before opening day a crew showed up and did a temporary fix so that my wife could get the door open while I was gone deer hunting. The Monday after deer hunting, my springs were installed. I don't have permission to use any names, but everyone I dealt with couldn't have been more friendly, professional, and very helpful.

Google5A cable broke when I closed the garage door of course it was 4:45 and the office was closed. Called the emergency number and she took the info. At 6:58 the next morning TJ called and got a little more info. He wasn't sure a crew could get here the same day I explained both cars were in the garage and we couldn't open it manually. He said they would do their best. By 1:pm a crew was here and replaced both cables. I am extremely happy with the customer service and would recommend them.

Google5ABSOLUTELY 100% SATISFIED.The garage door torsion spring had broke on my shop garage door. It was from 1995 so it was definitely time to replace it. I stopped at 2 other garage door stores and was quoted over $ 350.00 for the spring. I went to EZ GLIDE and they made me a brand new torsion spring for $147.00 THANK YOU SO MUCH Matt at EZ GLIDE in Little chute Wisconsin

Google5Had set up with Matt Schommer replacing 16 ' door. I had changed my design and added windows to both doors and also asked to have a panel switched with a damaged panel. Matt made everything happen and his installers did an awesome job.

Google1If the option was available, I wouldn't give them any stars. I called EZ glide right when they opened at 730am to have them come take a look at our garage. I stayed home so someone was available to let them into the garage. Since we are remodeling, we have heavy wood and other items that I am not able to move for them to access the side door into the garage. I was never given a time frame or a call like I was told I would be getting when they were on their way. My boyfriend took the 2nd half of the day off to wait for them and left for maybe 10-15 minutes to grab our kids. They stated they would not wait and have to get to other jobs. I get you're a business but to make your customers wait all day and not wait 5-10 minutes for them to get back home is ridiculous!! You need to organize your schedule better for the day and give you customer time slots! Very disappointed!

Google1I called them and got a great price and they said they would definitely be by to install the opener by the end of that week, but no later than the following Monday. So I waited..... by the next Thursday, I called them and they said they would definitely rearrange their schedule and be by in the next day or so. I waited.....now over 3 weeks later, they just called and said they will be coming today. I already hired DME Overhead Door service who by the way came the same day i called. VERY bad service you guys!!! Don't make commitments you can't keep then don't make excuses over the phone.

Google5Promt, friendly and honest service! After my spring broke last year I thought I'd try to replace it myself. After a while I was convinced I needed new everything because of all the noise my garage door was making. I called EZ Glide and expected the worst. I got anything but! Mark and his partner came out and did a full inspection and said I did have the right spring in place. I just needed a few extra parts, (hinges and such), that got torqued a bit from when this spring originally broke! They replace the bad parts and lubed the spring. They could have replaced everything and I wouldn't have known any better, but they didn't. They checked the weight of my door to the springs I had to make sure it was right. Only replaced the parts needed and did it all for a great price! I highly recommend EZ Glide and will call on them again when the time comes. Thanks EZ Glide!

Google1Poor workmanship, coupled with deceptive customer service. I had three doors and high-end direct-drive operators installed on a shed. The initial installation was incomplete. When I contacted the EZ Glide rep, he was surprised the work wasn't finished. Several errors were made in the install process. Upon EZ Glide's return, some of the errors were corrected, while others were not. Again, I contacted the sales rep to point out the problems. Many of the issues I encountered might sound petty if I were to list them, but when put all together it demonstrates terrible workmanship. Here are a few of the issues: - Weatherstrip installed with oversize screws (big holes left in my expensive aluminum clad door frames) - When it rains, the doors leak - Doors needed adjustment to close properly - I took care of the adjusting with no recognition from EZ Glide - I installed the lights with no recognition from EZ Glide - I asked for three braces to be installed on each door. Initially, one was installed. When installer returned to complete the work, only a second brace was installed on each door, and they were clearly used items that were rusty - Cigarette butts left all over the work area - One door now binds/pops when opening and another squeaks like a 20 year old door
