Google5Eric was personable and efficient and got the job done. The work was in the latest hottest of days in a closed garage. I'm very pleased with the new garage door opener and 2nd one will be installed later today!!

Google5Technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. Wasted no time. So pleased with his work. He made me feel like I wasn't just another stop on his route. Been with Precision door for quite a few years. We have multiple properties where we use their services and have no intention of changing to another vendor.

Google5I called Precision Door to set-up an estimate for several problems I had been experiencing for years with my garage door and opener that was already in my home when I purchased it. They came out the very next day. Eric was outstanding and offered me several ways to save money and repair what I already had. I was interested in replacing everything though so he also gave me a price on all new equipment and door. He offered several choices, gave me everything I wanted and even a little more added in that I didn't even request but am thrilled to have now. The price was much less than I expected and comes with a year warranty. I am thrilled and very impressed with Eric and the office staff I spoke with yesterday. Great company! 5 stars. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends.

Google5Called day before. Tech showed up the next morning. Professional, courteous and prompt. Even made the effort to go meet another truck to make sure I had the right part for my door. Totally recommend this company without hesitation. Great customer service and as a Contractor/Architect myself, their work was impeccable. Definitely will be using again.

Google4We called for service and we're surprised to get same day service which is rare in this area. Eric was very efficient and replaced old parts and installed a new motor in less than 2 hours. My only complaints have to do with Precision not accepting credit cards without an additional charge and also not dropping the service call charge when we spent over $1700 on the repairs.

Google5The service and quality of work are 5 star!! The very nice lady on the phone was able to send a service technician within 24 hours. Eric diagnosed the problems with both doors, gave estimates with choices, and completed the full repair within 3 hours. He could not have been nicer and yet ver professional!! I will recommend him and his company in a heartbeat!!
