Google5I don't normally write reviews but I was so happy with these guys I felt they deserved one. I called five or six companies to get an estimate. After three tried to sell me a new door, Absolute offered to repair my existing door for a small fraction of the price, so I hired them on the spot. The tech was friendly and did an excellent job. Fun fact for those of you shopping around - some companies do free estimates and some charge a service fee just to come look, but all of them were willing to waive the fee when I told them not to bother coming by if they were going to charge for an estimate.

Google5Yesterday evening I called this company, they picked up immediately, which impressed me. They were out the very next day. The Technician, Chris, was very professional, informative and had my garage door fixed and working in no time. This company is outstanding and extremely reasonable in costs. I intend on calling them for all future repairs and referring them to all my friends.

Google5Very knowledgeable and fast service. Called on a Saturday about a broken spring and Chris provided a ballpark quote and explained how to both secure the door and prevent further damage until it was repaired. He could come out the following Monday for the repair and also performed a "tune-up" for the door. I appreciated his professionalism, thorough explanation of how to maintain the door and what I should expect in terms of how long components last. I highly recommend Absolute Garage Door Service because of their thorough work, excellent customer service and fair pricing.

Google5I have dealt with Absolute for anything with my garage door. I am always pleased with the service, price, and professionalism! The technician I usually deal with is Chris. He is the best there is out there when it comes to garage doors and his customer service surpasses the status quo. Call them, you will be happy you did!

Google5Absolute Garage Door Service represents everything you'd want in a garage door repair company. My garage broke late one Friday evening with my cars inside and appeared inoperable, which was a bit concerning in case we needed to leave due to an emergency. Chris - at Absolute - answered the phone Friday evening, helped me diagnose the problem, instructed me how to override the door manually, and arrived to promptly repair it the next morning (Saturday)! This is in stark contrast to every other competitor in the area, who either didn't answer when I called, wasn't able to schedule something over the weekend, or want exorbitant "special services" rates (approximately 2-3 times more than Absolute charged) to come over the weekend. I'd highly recommend Absolute Garage Door Service, particularly if every employee is as helpful and capable as Chris.

Google5I have used Absolute Garage Door Service twice and have been completely satisfied with their service. The first time was to replace broken springs which resulted in both cars being trapped in the garage. A technician responded promptly (within two hours) and rectified the problem at an affordable price. The second incident was for a busted bottom panel of the garage door. The technician reassembled the busted panel and fortified it like a surgeon. Again, at a very affordable price. I recommend Absolute GDS to any and everyone!!!

Google5I had a broken torsion spring on one of my garage doors. I called 3 repair companies and Absolute quoted a price range for the repair (based on the size/type of spring that would be needed) but the high end of their range was $40 less than the next lowest quote. Therefore, I selected Absolute for the repair and scheduled it for first thing the next morning. The technician, Chris, called as he was en route to confirm that I was at home. He arrived on time and clearly explained the repair process. After completing the repair, he performed an inspection and lubrication of both garage doors at no additional charge. He even repaired a couple of problems that could have become major problems in the future....again free of charge. Finally, Chris suggested that I purchase (from Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon, etc.) an inexpensive, 1-outlet surge protector for each opener as a measure of protection from power surges or lighting strikes since they are susceptible to damage like any other electrical appliance. This was something that had never occurred to me before. The entire process took less than the hour Chris estimated and the cost turned out to be at the lower end of quoted price range which ended up being $60 less than the next lowest company's quote. Needless to say, I was very satisfied with the entire process. The price was very reasonable, the technician was extremely knowledgeable and his customer service was exemplary! I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Absolute Garage Door Service!

Google5The spring on our garage door broke, which wasn't covered by our home warranty. We found Absolute on Google and gave them a call. They were very quick to come out and repair both springs with a 3 year warranty on both. Also, Chris took the time to do a through inspection of the garage door's operation, as well as lubricated all joints. We were very happy with Chris' performance, and we will gladly recommend Absolute to every one in the future.
