10/10 recommend. I got same day service from when I called in with my problem. Jacob came and was very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem with my garage door and I was so surprised with how fast he was. He explained things well and was knowledgeable in his work. Our 13 year old springs broke with my wife's car in the garage. Precision sent a technician out to us at 8am the next morning. The technician was highly competent and replaced the springs quickly. He did not try to "upsell" us but we did request replacement of some additional parts. He had everything needed in his truck and he quickly and efficiently finished the job. I would like to use his name but he left quickly without leaving a card, despite several requests to do so. I would definitely use Precision again when needed.

I called Precision on Saturday @11:30 because my garage door would open from the control panel but not the remote and the light on the sensors was out. Derek came out @ 2:30 and told me what the problem was in less than 1 minute. He was able to replace the sensors, he even gave me some good information for the future, answered all of my questions, and helped me download an app that I can also use to open and close my garage. Derek was very helpful, nice he delivered excellent customer service. When I upgrade my system I will be call Precision!!! Thank you so much Derek!!!

Chris stopped by this morning at 9:30 am which was 30 min earlier that the start time of 10 am and i thought that was great. Thinking of having to sit and wait from 10 AM to 2 PM for precision garage door service to come in was not what I wanted to do today but Chris called me at 9:20. Told me he could get here earlier got here at 9:30 and I thought that was great when he got in he introduced himself then he went and checked the garage door, found what the issue was, explain to us what was bad and what needed to be fixed and then we approved and he turned around and he fixed it quick easy and it was done. Chris is very polite, very personable, very professional, and he's a great asset Next time we have an issue and call precision garage door service. Will ask for Chris. Keep up the good work.

This my first time using Precision Garage Door of Atlanta. Mr. Robert Jordan did an excellent job on installing my new garage door. He was courteous, friendly and very knowledgeable. He completed the work in a timely manner and left everything clean and tidy. He gave me some useful tips on how to maintain my garage door and how to prevent future problems. I would highly recommend Mr. Jordan to anyone who needs a garage installed or repaired.
