BBB5The team of installers were prompt, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They worked together as a team. They were very efficient as well as effective. From their arrival through the clean up was absolutely amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend window world to anyone and everyone who is interested in upgrading their home.

BBB5***** and his crew were FABULOUS. We absolutely love our new windows. This was not an easy project, but they knocked it out in no time, and communicated with us all along the way. Angi5Window World Atlanta is the Best We just had twenty-three windows and a door to our deck replaced by Window World Atlanta, and we endorse this firm wholeheartedly. This was a whole house installation, and we cannot say enough good things about the whole Window World team. Use them! We received five estimates and not only was Window World the most cost-effective, our salesperson Sean P. was the most knowledgeable and upfront. We were very particular about not wanting tinted glass and for Sean P. and Window World, this was not a problem. Untinted glass presented a huge problem for all the other firms. After we placed the order, we were kept up-to-date as the windows were manufactured, shipped from the factory, arrived at the warehouse and finally scheduled for installation. Our installation team consisted of Project Manager Shane D. and Pedro and his crew doing the install. The crew arrived on time around 2:00 after working another project and then worked steadily until we were satisfied at 8:45 that evening. At one point around 7:00 in the evening, the door installation required two seven foot lengths of trim. Instead of reusing the old trim that would have left a ¼ gap at the floor, Pedro sent his men to purchase new trim so that the installation would be done right. Every member of Pedro’s team knew exactly what to do. There was no wasted motion, no conflict and no confusion. When the installation was complete, the site was left spotless including sweeping up, picking up and even vacuuming all construction debris from my house where necessary. Window World provides an extremely high quality product that is backed by a lifetime warranty covering every aspect of their product, and it is fully transferable. All we can add is that we are thrilled with our new windows and door, thrilled with the level of communication, thrilled with the installation and thrilled with both the Window World family and their product. Window World Atlanta is quite simply THE BEST. Services Rendered: Replace 23 windows and a door

Angi5Great. The person who gave us the quote was a little goofy, but was pleasant and adequately knowledgable. No high pressure to sign a contract same day for a discounted price like another company we got a quote from. All prices clearly layer out on a sheet as opposed to the person giving the quote clacking on his computer for a while then coming up with a total quote without a price breakdown for individual items. The windows took about 3.5 weeks from the time of order to come in and window world was able to schedule installation soon after on a day that fit our schedule. The windows all went in on 1 day and the garage doors on another. The price was very reasonable and much cheaper than other places we looked at and we don't feel that the quality of the vinyl windows with the energy efficient bells and whistles was of any less quality. Plus we totally love our new bay window. With the money we saved from choosing window world for the rest of the windows, we splurged on the custom bay and the new garage carriage doors for the same price the other companies wanted for the windows alone. Services Rendered: Replace all windows in our 3br2ba house with vinyl windows plus a custom bay window and new garage doors and a new patio glass sliding door.

Angi5Everything went ok. Customer service was top notch. Installers were very nice. Price was reasonable. However , with this freezing and windy weather, I've noticed that all the windows are leaking air. And I do mean "leaking air". So I called window world and their awesome customer service reps scheduled someone to come out this Friday to check everything out and to see what they can do to fix this issue. I actually have 2 bay windows totaling 16 windows plus 3 sliding doors that I wanted to replace thru window world, but now that depends on how things go this Friday. Will keep ya posted!

Angi5I had Window World of Atlanta do a whole home makeover. I am absolutely in love with my new home.(Thats what it feels like). The job was painless from sales to installation. I was a little worried about my house becoming a construction site. Man was I wrong. I was shocked at how the job was so clean and they were in and out one after another completing the whole job. My Wife and I feel great about our decision. Thanks so much to the whole team, You guys rock. I LOVE WINDOW WORLD. Services Rendered: I had new siding, windows, gutters, front door and 1 garage door.
