Google1Almost four years ago, this company installed a garage door. It was a horrible experience as an email from March 2020 that I will post below indicates. Present day, I called about an issue and was given an appointment time of between 1:00-3:00. Two people rearranged their schedule to ensure at least one of us would be here at noon (in case they arrived early). I called a little before 4:00 since no one arrived or extended the common professional courtesy of a call; you're running late, it happens, but it takes one minute to call sometime within that two hour window to let them know. I was given the standard apology and told that I am the next stop. It was close to 6:00 (I believe) when someone finally arrived. Four years ago vs. today, nothing changed which leads me to believe that it is how they do things. BELOW IS AN EMAIL FROM MARCH 2020: "Two of your associates were here earlier to examine the loose trim. Some nails were hammered in and then we were told that someone had to be driven home then something had to be picked up from the shop/warehouse, then, he would return. This was almost five hours ago. How long does it take to take someone home and get something from the shop? No one called. No one came by to finish. I have come to believe that this is how you run a business and I have long-term concerns about the servicing of my purchase. To recap: On the day of the scheduled install, no one came to install. No one even called. We wasted a day. I decided to cancel and you offered $200 compensation that I was told would be given the following day in the form of a check and that the installer would be here by 8:00am. When 8:30 arrived and no one called, I called, and long story short, he arrived but with no check as I was told that the $200 would be removed from my bill. When I received my statement, it was for approximately $1100 more than the agreed upon charge. When I told you of the excessive overage, I mentioned the loose trim and was told it would be addressed after the billing matter was resolved. After two weeks or so, no one called or came to examine, so, I emailed you. I was called and was told someone would be here today between 2:00-4:00. Someone was here at approximately 3:00-3:30, then left with the claim of returning after someone was taken home and something was gotten from the shop. It is now 8:00."

Google4Great job, I replaced everything but the garage door. The motor is quiet a d the door open and closing is way quiet and smooth. And the work comes with warranty. Worth ever dime. The only thing they have to work on is communication. Regarding if they have to reschedule or running late.

Google5The job was completed by Mr. Kris Walton. Great customer service, respectfulness, patience with explaining, on time service, overall great professionalism. I received a same day appointment and job was completed well before I thought job would be complete. Thanks for your service and military discount!

Google1Terrible experience. The first day, Kris didn't show up because he "couldn't find the house" and it was also 9PM. He didn't even bother to call though, we found out when we called the company. Then the next day when he arrived, he was not very kind and seemed so annoyed to be at our house. He then quoted us a ridiculous amount (hundreds of dollars). I called someone else, and they literally put the cable back on and it works perfectly fine....

Google5I'm rating Superior Overhead Garage Door Company with 5 Stars. The service was excellent. They were very courteous and professional. Kris Walton did a rebuild on our aging door within less than 1.5 hours (more like 1 hr). He had it working again like new. Amazing!!! Thank you Superior Overhead!

Google5Kris was very professional and it was clear he knew what he was doing. He quickly replaced my garage door torsion springs, and examined everything to ensure no other issues needed to be addressed. He was able to resolve my garage door issue the same day within a few hours after I called late in the afternoon. Pricing was also very reasonable and competitive for the high quality of worked performed. Highly recommend.

Google5Kris was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my overhead door. He had exactly the right tools and parts readily available. The work that would have taken me an hour or more to figure out & do.. only took Kris 5-10 minutes. He had some suggestions on how to further resolve an issue I've been plagued with since owning the home, but wasn't pushy and didn't go overboard with sales pitches for any of his products. He was polite, courteous and respectful.. all while my kids were learning to ride their bikes all around the driveway and yard. Great experience.. Would happily recommend to anyone.

BBB1We paid for a garage door, and they did half of the work and never returned. We have tried to get our deposit back from them and have since filed a court action. This is the worst business to deal with, STAY AWAY!

Angi5Came out today 1/1/19 and provided awesome service. My spring broke and the tension lines snap as well. Kris and Trisha came out to provide service and were very professional in fixing my garage door and recommended ways to properly maintain it. They were prompt, friendly and provided great service at a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend their services to all. Services Rendered: Garage door spring and tension cable

They truly do stand by 24/7 service Services Rendered: My springs broke during the middle of the night and my car was suck in the garage and I needed to leave my house by 6 in the morning. I called superior overhead garage doors at 2 in the morning and the technican arrived within an hour and fixed my door.
