    stellar service, the shop I run had a main bay door spring break and the crew at BOBs was able to get us same day service to diagnose the problem and had a crew back out the next day to repair. In challenging times to source parts, they went above an beyond to get our shop door fixed so my customer base saw no interruption of service! thanks from the Gerber Reisterstown team

    Called to replace door springs for a Wayne-Dalton garage door. Came out the next day and replaced in 45 min. Great service.

    If you want a company that the office manager will over charge you for parts with technicians that are not trained to service dock levelers, than this is the company for your service needs.

    Had two techs to the house to install a new door, track, springs, and opener. Very happy with the result. Work was done professionally. Price seemed reasonable to us for what was done. The recovering economy made the wait for a door much longer than we would have liked, but that is no fault of Bob's. Once the door was in an appointment for install was set promptly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thanks!

    I run a European Auto Repair facility in Middle River with one large entry/exit door into the shop. At the busiest part of the day and the busiest day of the week the door decided to break leaving us incapacitated. I called a few places and then spoke with someone from Bob's. The lady that answered the phone was extremely sweet and understanding. They sent two friendly techs out within a few hours, diagnosed the issue and had it repaired in a respectable time for an extremely reasonable price. I will absolutely be using Bob's Overhead Door Service in the future. Thank you for getting us back up and running!

    My husband and I have nothing but the highest praise for Bob's Overhead Doors. Bob's installed a garage door for us a couple years ago. We started having very unusual problems with it last year. They came out on multiple occasions to figure out what was wrong and find a solution. We had visits from engineers, the owner of the company and various other experts. They did not stop until a solution was found and we were happy. The customer service was absolutely fantastic and we recommend this company highly and without hesitation. Thank you to everyone at Bob's Overhead Doors. You've been amazing!

    NOT HAPPY with the PRICE Gauging!!! Call and told them I needed a spring replaced and wouldn't you know they came WITHOUT the part, charged me $255.05 to tell me they have to order the part and could not give me a price to replace it at that time.Total 15 mins. max time for this! Came 4 days later and Charge another $255.05 service call and parts Total Time tor replace spring 30 mins Max and I'm being generous. Still NO PRICE ON REPAIR !!! Get a bill one week later $646.05 to replace a spring. HOW CONVENIENT TO NOT HAVE PARTS AT HAND ESPECIALLY WHEN I STATED WHAT WAS BROKEN !! NEVER AGAIN! SHADY???? UPDATE : I asked your employee for an estimate and he stated " he doesn't give that" My problem is you double charged for service call and do not give any prices on your repair orders its a big secret till the bill comes. I am a business owner and I always give my customers a price before any work is performed. You must admit $510.50 is an awful lot of money for a service call which took all of 40 mins total and I can verify this on my security cameras. I even had the ladder set and ready for your employees. I'm all for earning a living but this is gauging. Look below " Specialize in one trip broken spring replacements"
