Google5We recently had Casperson install a new garage door and opener. All I can say is "What an improvement!" Casperson replaced everything, including the rails and springs. The new door works so well, I wonder why we waited so long to replace our old door. The new door is quiet, and seats perfectly, with no gaps. The new Liftmaster opener came with, two remote controls, an outside wireless keypad, and works with both of our cars built in systems. Additionally, we downloaded free software that allows us to control and monitor the door with our phones. It all works flawlessly. The installation technician was outstanding. He did a very neat job and explained everything to us. He even took the time to program our cars for us.

BBB1Called Door Systems Worcester (formerly ****** Overhead Door) on 4/26/22 to repair a damaged garage door originally installed by the company. I was informed that since a panel of the door had to be replaced, a salesperson would have to look at the door and provide an estimate. The salesperson was 30 minutes late for the appointment on 4/28/22, looked at the door and immediately informed me they could not repair the door since they were not an authorized distributor for the manufacturer (******) and could not get parts.From Door Systems Worcester website: We also supply other major garage door brands as ***********************, Clopay Door, Amarr and ****** Overhead Doors. No matter the garage door brand you have, we can give you an after-sale service to replace a damage section or any part of hardware.Door Systems Worcester is not listed as an authorized distributor on the ****** Company website. They did not ask which brand of door I had (or check their own records from the original installation) and did not inform me they could not repair certain brands. It made no sense for them to make a sales appointment for this repair. Potential customers need to be aware of this business practice. At best, it is an extraordinary level of administrative ineptitude. At worst, it is an attempt to convert what should be a routine repair into a new door sale.

Google5They showed up on the appointed day and time and completed installation of two new garage doors. They seem to work just fine. The installer was polite and professional - he knew what he needed to do. So far, so good!

Google5Caspersen replaced the center rail and both springs on my existing door and did an exemplary job. Door operates far better now than when installed by Sears. Prompt service, courteous and friendly techs, and very fast and knowledgeable. Will certainly use them if needed in the future. Office staff get a 5 star rating as well for their excellent response.

Google5Dave came and set up our ancient garage door so it now opens perfectly! He took the time needed and went the extra mile lubing and adjusting everything. Great service, very friendly technician, timely appointments, great value overall! Highly recommended.

Google5We are more than satisfied with the Garage doors provided by CASPERSEN of Pocasset MA to replace the old wooden doors that we had . Dave , the installer , did a super job in fitting the new doors in our old crooked garage and , they work so smoothly compared to the ones we had . The price of them was very reasonable and they have added more than their cost to the value of our houses . II would recommend CASPERSEN'S garage doors to anyone interested in replacing their garage doors . Fred Ward
