Google5I backed into my door and the seal/retainer fell off. Wayne and Vi were able to come and replace/reattach the new pieces in a timely manner. Not to mention the work they did was great! I would highly recommend them and WD Door to others!

Google1Strongly suggest to get any estimate in writing before proceeding with installation. I asked 3 - 4 times to the technician about springs cost before installing, he quoted me 130 labor plus 85-100 for springs with a total of $230. I was charged labor $130 plus $120/spring and got a response that it was just a miss communication. However Lowes and Home depot are selling the springs for $85 - 99 for 2 springs. No clue how these springs are different from the big box stores costing more than double. I strongly suggest enquiring other places

Google5I am very pleased with using Doors by George. Darren the Installer/Supervisor is extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and very detail oriented. He was honest and willing to answer all my questions. The door works great and is very quiet!!! Also, thank you Jena for your help ordering my new garage door and for your help selecting the right style, the "Sonoma" looks great!

Google5We were so pleased with the high quality work of Vichit and his co-worker from Doors by George. Vichit took time to patiently discuss our options with us, and let us take the time we needed to decide what we wanted. The team provided very professional work on our garage door installation, and got everything running great. We highly recommend our techs and Doors by George.

Google5After relocating to Iowa and settling into our new home, we needed to upgrade our garage doors and openers. We shopped around and picked WD doors to purchase and install our doors. We could not be happier with the professionalism and expert installation of our doors. Great experience, I would highly recommend WD doors for anyone looking to install new doors.

Google5Outstanding overall experience! Replacing our garage door with Doors by George has so far been the only thing that hasn't been at all stressful in fixing our home from the Derecho. Jena & crew were quick to answer any questions or concerns we had! We knew it was going to be a long wait for our new door up front right away so no surprises down the line. They installed the new door so fast and efficiently and were done before I knew it. I am absolutely thrilled with our new door!! And the fact that Jena was so patient with all our questions, took time to answer all our emails quickly and we knew what to expect every step of the way really took a weight off our shoulders that this was one thing we didn't have to worry about! Highly Recommend!

Google5Doors by George was the most professional and efficient company I have dealt with in Cedar Rapids. I completed the request for service form online, received a phone call 1 hour later and my appointment was scheduled for the next morning. Darren was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained what was needed and then quickly completed the repairs. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you for your great service!

Google5We are beyond impressed with Doors by George through two experiences. In 2019 we replaced panels in our garage door (to let the light in)! The quote was timely, reasonable and the work completed within a couple of weeks - and as soon as the parts were received. Just now (2021) we had old hinges broken and are blown away how quickly they responded to the service, came to fix, and the reasonable price. We cannot recommend this company enough to anyone who is looking for quality, timely and affordable service for your garage door(s)!!
