We are very happy with our entire experience with A Better Door and Window. Rocko did the first inspection at our home and with his expertise he helped me make a great choice on a CHI Garage door. The installers Bob and Charlie did excellent work installing the door. My next project is new windows and patio door so its an easy choice to start with A Better Door and Window. After the salesman left, I did not hear back from him at all. I had given him my email address, maybe he wrote it down wrong? But there should not have been a reason why he did not call me, or give me a Quote for the job. I was very disappointed. Services Rendered: We asked for a quote to add a side door into our garage. And we also wanted information regarding a garage door that already has a door built-in .

Jeff from A Better Door and Window arrived on time, explained what he'd be doing and approximately how long it would take. He went to work immediately and didn't stop until the new Liftmaster opener was installed. Despite below zero temperatures, he got the opener installed and did not short cut his explanation at the end of installation. He thoroughly explained how everything works and how we should maintain our opener, door springs and hinges. He provided our instruction book and also explained that the instructions were also on the unit itself. The opener seems to be working perfectly. Really terrific experience.
