Google5Spoke to Mike on the phone because our garage door was not working. He sent out a technician (Andrew) the next day. Andrew showed up on time, was very polite and easily diagnosed the problem. He fixed the door and added a new key pad and was gone in less than an hour. I will definitely recommend this company and these two guys the next time someone needs a referral for a garage door malfunction. Thank you!

Google5I was very pleased with Allied Garage Door,Inc. from the time I called to explain my problem with my garage door opener till the time they came out to see if they could repair first which I really appreciated, and thought that was great, but it couldn't be repaired , and he explained why. He installed my new garage door opener, and explained everything to me, and asked if I had any questions to ask him. He left my garage immaculate when the job was done. The technician's name was Eric, and he was absolutely wonderful, personable, and knowledgeable. I also had the pleasure of talking to the owner Mike Sr. , Mike Jr. , and Joe who are all very nice. Google5Marco, Is very pleasant considerate not only did he double - triple checked things to make sure everything was running smoothly. Explained what he was doing, checked the track so things were running smoothly especially with this winter weather !!! Definitely will use Allied Garage and will ask for Marco to do the work !!!

Google5Even with outdoor temps below zero today, Lafayette arrived promptly, listened to my description of issues with the garage door, quickly determined what needed to be repaired, and completed the repairs as needed. He provided professional, courteous, and excellent service.

Google5Our garage door broke on Friday night. Allied sent someone out Saturday morning. Cody was fantastic. Our garage door opener was really old (and we've only been in our house for 2.5 years). He recommended we replace the garage door opener. We're delighted! The price was reasonable, the service was quick, and new opener is Fantastic! My husband and I love it!! Thanks Allied! And thanks Cody for your wonderful service! Highly recommended this company!

Google5Spring broke on the garage door. Won't open all the way. Its a Friday. Definitely an emergency situation. Called Allied from google search. Was just going to get the spring replaced, but my door opener is 18 years old. Lafayette went over some options. Replaced the whole unit with state-of-the-art Liftmaster with camera. Now I complete control through an app. Everything professionally installed on the same day! Excellent job, Lafayette! I highly recommend them!

Google5The rollers for my 30 year old garage door broke, so I decided it was time for a replacement of a whole new door. I received estimates from five different, highly rated companies. The estimate I received from Allied garage door was one of the lower ones, and I really liked the estimator that came out. He gave me a lot of information, seemed very kind, and was thorough with his explanations of what I needed. I ordered the door, and about a month later, had it installed with a new garage door opener. The door looks great, is very quiet, and the color matches very well Based on this experience in purchase, I highly recommend allied garage door!

Yelp5My garage doors are aging and in need of repair. I've had to call Allied Door twice in 2 months. Both times they have been VERY FAST to respond and SPEEDY in getting the repairs done. Their level of service has been note worthy in today's environment when it is difficult to find reliable and cost effective contractors. They stand "head & shoulders" above many of the service providers I have interacted with. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Yelp5Our garage door had a gap in the bottom that was allowing pests inside. I messaged a few companies on Yelp and Allied Garage Door responded within minutes and a tech was there the same day. He fixed it by adding a new bumper to the bottom of the door - the gap is much, much smaller now. If you need quick & reasonably-priced service, message this company.

Yelp5I used the Yelp app to request a quote on a Saturday morning when our garage door wouldn't open. They answered back with a quote within 1 minute and were able to send a technician within an hour. He fixed the problem and explained to us what had happened (broken spring). Price was as stated and was reasonable. Technician was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Yelp5When we reached out to Allied Garage Door, two other garage door repair companies had already flaked on us. We started wondering if purchasing a garage door opener in advance was at the heart of our installer issues. After all, a number of companies don't appreciate small jobs. However, thankfully, Allied Garage Door isn't one of those businesses. When we reached out to them for a quote, the customer service rep, immediately provided us with a reasonable flat rate quote and a time when a tech would be able to arrive. We were impressed with our technician, Lafayette. He masterfully assessed the scope of our project and our overall needs. What made the garage door opener installation a bit trickier is the fact that my father's car could not be removed from the garage; it has a bad alternator. Although another installer told us that this would be a problem, so much so he refused to do the job, it was no issue for Lafayette. He knew exactly how to proceed. All it took was a signed waiver and he immediately began working. Lafayette, took great care in working around my father's car. His work was efficient and impeccably done. We are very pleased with the garage door's operation. (Please see the attached images). In sum, the hassle free, attention to detail and prompt response time has set Allied Garage Door apart from other installers. I would definitely recommend this company to others. You'll be happy you called.

Yelp5Our garage door was malfunctioning and Lafayette came out promptly the next day at 7 am! He was professional and quickly diagnosed the issue with a great repair! They also give a veterans discount, which was most appreciated! The technician was friendly and focused on the repair. I would highly recommend this company! Ask for Lafayette... his high quality service is why I am writing this review. Great work Allied! I will be using you again for all my garage needs!

Yelp5I want to share with you guys an experience I had with Allied Garage Door service, first to clarify this is not a negative review. It is quite the opposite. I came home late on a Saturday night and was in a hurry to get in the house, and when I lowered the door I heard the crunch of metal, and realized the garage door came down my car. When I tried to raise door that's when I realized it's broke. So I did a google search for garage door repair, my search produced several results. The first company suggested replacing the garage door unit without looking at it. I explained the belt came loose. There is a clip which holds the belt together. He would have noticed it had he performed a site visit. He quoted me $745.00, naturally I passed. Next I called Allied Garage Door service. A tech came out and was able to reconnect the drive belt, and adjust opener for $140.00 (a big savings). He did mention eventually I'll have to replace the garage door. Guess who I'm going to call?

BBB5I was extremely impressed with Allied Garage Doors, specifically one of the technicians, ****. I had a problem with my garage door and was leaving town. **** talked me through the problem over the phone. He was great! Not only did he solve the problem, but he also saved me money by avoiding the service call. People like **** are rare these days!! Kudos to Allied and their "people!"
