Google5Matt is a great rep and gets super fair quotes to us fast. His crew members in the field have always been knowledgeable and kind. It's hard to find great prices paired with amazing service in this field but IDC has got it covered.

Google1They installed a door and gave my mom only one key, were supposed to give another one for property manager but they lost it , now we need to pay extra for another company about $120 who can change a lock, it is just so sad . Definitely would not recommend this company.

Google1I would rate them a "0" or -5 but that's not allowed. I feel like I have gotten scammed here. I called to check out the doors closer back in September. I haven't received any service but received invoice. I checked over at the BBB and it seems like I share a lot of personal experience that others have had with industrial Doors Company. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone.

Google5Great service and very competitive pricing! Eduardo Carrillo ( Eddie ) was very knowledgeable and responsive to my requests! I would highly recommend him! I deal with a lot of companies but my experience with Industrial Door Co and Eddie in particular was one of my best! I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs fast quote and quick follow up! Thank you Eddie! Keep up the good work!

Google5Rob was our sales rep. His level of follow-up was excellent. We had them replace a swing door and frame in our warehouse. No lead-time issues, in fact they got the install completed very quickly. Their install crew was very professional and took the time to explain the installation process. They were clean and neat, and the door looks great and works well. I will update with any issues if they arise. I would definitely have them quote your next job. I also use them to do the annual inspection on my fire doors.

Google5I am please with the work from Industrial Door Company. We replaced an outside steel entrance door. The Sales (Eddie) is very prompt and excellent follow-up. The office staff (Kari) is very efficient. The installer (Rubin) is very professional and willing to listen to customer's (i.e., yours truly) needs. The price might not be your lowest bid. You pay for what you get. I will use them again.

Google1Exceptionally poor experience with this company. Avoid at all costs. Our condo building needed to get two exterior doors replaced -- a simple project. Industrial door supplied an acceptable bid in April and quoted a 3 week lead time. We accepted the proposal, and from there the project went down hill. - Were immediately informed that they "forgot" to include glass for the doors in the quote, and the price would be 30% higher. We needed the project completed and chose to still move forward. - Original quote was 3 week lead time. After 4 weeks without communication, we followed up to determine status and were told installation would not occur until mid-July (11 weeks) - Industrial door again missed this deadline and did not attempt installation until early August (15 weeks). - During installation, they discovered that they measured incorrectly and the doors would not fit and would have to be re-machined. - Final installation occurred in mid-september (19 weeks) Our experience with this company is that in addition to lacking professional skills like communication and accurate proposals, they lack the craftsmanship to do something as basic as replace a door on the first try.
