Google5We called Mike about the issues we were having with our garage door. He scheduled our appointment immediately with an estimated time of arrival. He arrived at the estimated time, gave us a quote for the work and completed the work expoditiously. Quality work at a reasonable price!!

Google1On June 14th I had our garage door replaced by Expert Garage Doors in Aurora OH.The installation when well but several days later the mechanism that engages the belt drive did not engage. I tried resetting the latch by pulling the installed emergency rope, but this failed. Later we discovered that a nut on the piece that controls the hook up was loose. We hand tigntened it and everything works. I sent to the installer a photo of the nut and questioned of hand tighening was enough, I got one response from the company says, "that they would contact me" but never got any further reponse. An installer could look at the photo and tell me what to do. A further visit is probably unnecessary. Product was good, installation was good-follow up zero.

Google5I called Expert Door when the bottom roller on our old garage door broke off, which made the door temporarily unusable. Expert Door came out that day, and installed a new roller and serviced our 50 yo door for $70, which was very reasonable in my opinion. Mike also gave me some really good information about our door, and pointed out some missing bolts that I hadn't noticed (when I told my husband, he had noticed them before, too). All in all, we had a great experience in what could be a tough situation.

Google5I had my garage door replaced today and I can't say enough good things about this company. I forgot The gentleman's name but I believe he is the owner of the company and he did a wonderful job. He always answered the phone promptly, came out for a quote ASAP and was able to replace my old door in less than a week. The previous owners of my house sealed over the old door and he removed the wood for a nominal fee. The new garage door looks great.

Google5Professional and polite!!! Learned it is a family business. Glad I called. Had my springs replaced after one broke. They responded within hours to service our repair and didn't try to sell anything unnecessary. Did a safety tune up and pointed out future areas of concern with the rollers. Would definitely recommend this company. Thanks Mike!!!

Google5I called Mike on Tuesday and we set up the appt. for today, Thursday. He called a half hour before appointed time to say he was on the way, arrived on time and after chatting briefly, he got to work. Says he loves what he does and it shows. I'd recommend him to anyone who needs a garage door replaced or repaired. Chris in Rocky River.
