I called and set an appointment using their $49.00 coupon for a garage door tune-up. They showed up on time. I showed them the problem, my door was off the tracks and needed a new pulley. No attempt to repair it was made. Instead I was given an estimate on a replacement door. I later fixed it myself with a $13.00 replacement pulley from Lowes. I paid $49.00 for a service call and received a sales proposal instead. The tech did not even look at the problem or get his hands dirty. Do not believe their coupons or use this company.

They were great. They were cost effective, pleasant, and very professional. Everything with them was done remotely because I was in a different state so this was very convenient for me. He was informative and I was impressed he was able to accommodate with everything going on. I had to give him a key code to get into the gate and gave him instructions to access the garage. I am pleased. Services Rendered: I needed to have someone replace the garage door while I was out of state.

Service guy was knowledgeable , on time and provided me with a quote. I wasn't charged a service fee to diagnose my broken door since I attempted to use my yelp coupon. At first it wasn't accepted, but later was honored by upper management. The company contacted me to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience and apologized about not honoring the no service charge coupon. The fact that they honored my coupon even though it's was much later on says a lot about their integrity. I would definitely recommend that you give them a try especially if cost is not a barrier in your decision to use this company.

I had a garage door coming off the rail on one side and called Precision Doors to repair the door. He got the door back on the rail but when opening/closing, it would still come off the rail. After 2 trips to attempt a more permanent repair, the rep refused to return my calls or show up as scheduled by the office. I was already charged $225 for the initial repair. I later learned Precision Door reps work based on commission only - so you don't necessarily get someone who knows what they are doing and will more likely than not assess a costly repair over a simple one in order to get that billable cost up there. I found among the 4 Precision reps we had exposure to, that they were not ethical -- one stated that our older doors need to either be replaced or the main parts need to be swapped out (at an equivalent, total replacement cost) so I should just get new doors. Fortunately, there are other professional and truly knowledgeable companies in the area that pay their workers an hourly wage. The repair was fixed (permanently) for a mere $45 and I still have my original garage door(s). Get a 2nd opinion from another company before you go with Precision for quotes or repairs.

I had Precision Doors come to my 1937 home to quote a new door to replace the original manual one. Service tech was prompt, patient, listened to my wishes to keep the house "old" in aesthetics, yet new and improved with the highest quality door they use. Joe, my tech, was phenomenal! He offered great advice and solutions to my situation, and even a better price all in. Confidence and trust was built in our very first meeting. The door was painstakingly installed with so many variable of old and new combinations. But Joe was amazing, and the looks and operates flawlessly. Precision Door's top tier motor and door are the quietest I've ever witnessed. I feel so happy with my dealing with them. It was a great purchase and of the very best quality. One and done! And they offer a lifetime warranty on all of their work. It really can't be better. Have Precision Doors come to your home and you will be pleased that you did.

I recently was having some issues with my garage door not working and went to google to find a company because I had never had any issues before. Precision Door Service came up as one of the top companies and had the best reviews so I decided to give them a call. They had the cheapest service call fee @ $65 where other companies were $70 and up. However, after the technician came and did his assessment, I was looking at over a $1,000 repair. I bought the house brand new less than 3 1/2 years ago... How could I need that expensive of a repair? I was shocked and very disturbed with such an expensive quote. After asking around, everyone agreed that the quote seemed a bit steep. Going with my gut, I decided to get a second opinion. Thank god for my gut. The only thing wrong with my garage door was a faulty circuit board. The part itself only costs around $80 through the company where my garage door opener is from. However, I ended up just getting a brand new unit for $350 to avoid going through finding parts, getting it installed, etc. $350 as opposed to OVER $1000 is a HUGE savings. Not ONE word was mentioned about any of the problems that Precision listed in their assessment. The estimate was broken down into every single part. $499 for a new unit (which was already $150 over what another company quoted me) and another $460 for new rollers, springs, etc. How they came up with that price along with all of the other problems listed, I have no idea. The company that installed my new unit charges a $70 service call fee but waived that with my purchase of a new unit. I guess it equaled out considering I had to pay $65 for Precision to come out and pitch me a load of "you know what."

These guys were brilliant. It's a cold icy day my garage door completely jumped the track. They were here within three hours which was an hour early and he was done in an hour and a half, he cleaned up after himself and was a total professional.

My garage door they installed in 2009 stopped working so I was afraid I was going to have to pay big bucks to get it fixed. They came out and took a look at it, and found a loose connection. Everything was still under warranty so I just paid a service fee. I could not be happier!!
