Google5Tripp was actually early, which was good. He explained all I needed and showed me options. He was very cordial and answered my many questions. The work was done on a timely basis and cleaned up when completed Would recommend Precision and Tripp to friends and neighbors

Google5Precision Garage Door Service provided me with excellent service. The gentleman that installed the new garage door was informative and efficient at doing the work. I paid exactly what I was quoted in the estimate. The entire process was seamless.

Google5Technician (Jordan) was on time and courteous. He quickly assessed the issue, provided us with our option and was able to get it fixed within the hour. Added bonus is that now we have a LIFETIME warranty on the system he installed. Highly recommend.

Google5Installation personnel were personable and informative. The finished job looks great! I called Precision back on 1/23/24 to check intermittent operation of one of the doors. They sent a technician (Steve) out to check their operation. Although I we couldn't duplicate the failure Steve advised we make a video of it if it should fail again. He checked wiring and lubricated the hardware....no charge!

Google5Lexi was very helpful and kind when I called to have someone come out to fix my garage door. It had stopped working. She arranged to have someone come between 4:00-6:00. Chandler called me at 3:18 and told me he and Dillon finished the job before mine earlier than anticipated. I told them to come on over. They were very knowledgeable and respectful. Once the problem was diagnosed, Chandler and Dillon got to work and replaced what needed to be replaced. New information was explained to me. Chandler and Dillon were thorough in repairs and explanations. I greatly appreciate them and their wonderful attitudes!

Google5I called Precision today in the 1 o'clock hour. We set up a service window of between 4pm and 6pm. The technician, Jordan, was running a head of schedule, so he called to see if he could come early. That was conducive for me, so he arrived within 15 minutes of our call. He gave me a couple of quotes with no pressure to choose a full replacement. We agreed on replacing the garage door spring. He was done within an hour's time. My door works better now than it did before it broke. It is 3pm, and I can't believe how quickly I was able to get a functioning garage door. Mr. Jordan was informative and highly skilled. Google5Everyone was helpful. Doors look beautiful, and quality was great just the way Tripp said they would be. Quality installation by Blake who was a pleasant professional to work with who came right back out to solve a technical question for me on the remote. Morgan was a pleasure to communicate and coordinate with over the phone and I was kept updated along the whole process before delivery. Thank you!

Google5Outstanding guys! Very professional and very fast! Completely pulled my old garage door and all its components in less than an hour. Within 2 hours they were done and it looks and operates quietly. I would have to highly recommend them!
