Angi1Overhead garage door w/ W.T. Harvey Lumber Co. came on 12/28/12 to repair garage door that would not close unless the button on the wall was held until it close. He replace the sensors and it still would not work. Johnny Gave us a written estimate for a new unit and said he would not be able to install until Wed or Thurs after New Year. I called on Wed and was told that Johnny forgot to put it in the slot to be scheduled and that it would be Friday first thing around 9:00 and they would call first. 10:30 came and no call. I called W.T. Lumber and to check when he was coming, as we were not going to be home late afternoon. We were informed that he was having trouble with another installation and did not know when he would be through. (hard to understand when we were suppose to be the first on Friday) The girl at W.T. Harvey said that we could just leave the garage door open if we had leave and Johnny would fix it. That was a totally irresponsible and unprofessional remark to make. She called back a few minutes later and said she was trying to get another service person to come install but didn't know when it would be. The message that W.T. Harvey / Overhead Door division didn't need the business came through loud and clear. I check Angie's List and found someone dependable and professional. Services Rendered: No services were performed because they never showed up after given a written estimate, .

Angi5They were very responsive and honest. They did a great job and I will continue to use their services in future. Services Rendered: I used the services of Overhead Door to replace a garage door opener, yesterday.
