The owner gave me an appointment window between 2-4. He showed up about 2:45. Prior to repairing the door he inspected the door and gave me options but suggested that a simple replacement of the tension springs would be a sufficient fix to the problem. He was able to complete the work in about 30 minutes. While he was there, he gave me information on door replacements which I had asked about but did not try to pressure me into a sale. He also lubed the other moving parts of the garage door and inspected my opener. I was extremely happy with the service. I felt the repair cost was fair and not over priced. Services Rendered: I called on Tuesday to have the torsion springs on my garage door replaced due to a break. They were able to come out on Wednesday to perform the repairs.
