Google5I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door. They were on time for both the estimate and the installation. Willy's install was professional, took less time than expected and he cleaned up after. I was happy with my experience from Jeff the estimator, to the people I spoke with at the office to the install. This is my first experience with Precision and I will use them exclusively should I need their services in the future.

Google5Our garage door motor stopped working so we scheduled a next-day appointment with Precision. David Simpson did a wonderful job investigating, providing us with various options for moving forward, and installing a new motor and making various improvements to our overall garage door unit. I would highly recommend David and Precision if you have any garage door issues!

Google5Matt Eberly and Charles L. were able to come on the same day we requested our appointment for a problem garage door opener. We were open to a new opener since ours was purchased in 1999, but they quickly identified the issues, gave us our options, and the repairs were done within about an hour. They were knowledgeable and we felt comfortable with their advice, especially since they knew we would buy a new opener if necessary. Excellent, fair service.

Google5We got an appointment the day after we went online to do so. James called and said that he was on his way out during the appointment window we chose. He tried his best to fix the garage door opener. It was at least 20 years old. He thought it was fixed but then it started smoking and we all knew it had to be replaced. My carpenter father could tell that James knew what he was doing. We ended up deciding to change both openers for our two garages. He had everything with him and replaced two openers within 3 hours which included the time it took him to attempt a repair. He was very efficient and professional. James definitely knew what he was doing. We would definitely use Precision doors again if necessary and would want James to do the work. Highly recommend! Thanks James!

Google5Joshua was here within 2 hours to repair our garage door. He first did a complete inspection then showed me what needed replacing. He then proceeded to replace the worn/broken parts. The entire time Joshua was very professional and easy to understand. Recommended for your repair needs.

Google5Adam was excellent. He explained everything he found and everything he did clearly. He made sure to explain all my options. He was friendly, fast, and efficient. I'm 100% satisfied with my new silent garage door opener and my door closes all the way now! I highly recommend these guys. LED lights! I'm never changing an opener light bulb again.
