Google5Great Service on a Garage door that did not cost an arm and a leg. It is refreshing when the first thing that came up was a fix vs. an entire new garage door. The tech Edven also provided education on properly maintaining the garage door moving forward.

Google4I have used O'Brien for many years. They always do what needs to be done - no less, and no MORE (no upselling!). I really appreciate that. Pricing is fair and reasonable (especially when compared to the companies that blanket the radio with adds), the people are friendly and professional, and the quality of work is excellent. My only issue is that I have had to reschedule several times because they could not make the original window. That is why I rated four stars instead of five. But I must say, they are worth the wait!

Google5Same day service (on a Saturday no less). The tech, Travis, was excellent. He assessed the damage, detailed the exact cost, got to work, and had our garage door back in service promptly. Highly recommended!
