Google5I had a broken spring and cable on my garage door. They were quick to answer the phone and had a technician out very quickly. The technician was friendly and let me know the cost of the repair before he started working. He had the parts to do the repair on his truck. Overall he was done within an hour. I was pleased with the speed of service and the value of their pricing. I would use them again and would have no problem recommending them to a friend.

Google1I wouldn't dare use this location. I called for specs of a door opener for my newly built home and the older woman hung up in my face. Extremely unprofessional!!!!

Google5We had worked with Greg from Overhead Door to purchase and install our garage door opener which went great and has been working well. I had the roofing contractor use his preferred company to replace the garage door when hail damage ruined both but the door ended up not opening smoothly. But Greg from Overhead Door came to my rescue again and greased the hinges and showed me how to do it for the recommended every 6 months. I will always use Overhead Door for all my future needs and can highly recommend them.

Google5My overhead door spring broke causing me to have to do the GI Joe stomach slide under it to get into my house. Fortunately my car was already out. I got on Yelp and found Overhead Door. They had good reviews and I like to keep local businesses in business, so I called them 15 minutes before they were closing and they answered! I got set up for two days later and Ryan arrived right on time to get me fixed up. I can't say enough good things about him!! He was so meticulous and kind and explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it. I hadn't had a chance to move my dogs into another room and he was so kind to let them check him out and gave them some pets on the way to the garage. Customer service has been lacking these days so when you find someone awesome from a place that is fair and reasonable, you need to get it out there. In addition, my door is so quiet I have to be extra alert now in case my teen decides to sneak out of the house. Local, reasonable, professional and kind. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!

Google5Outstanding service! Ryan the technician was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He solved our garage door issue quickly and walked me through what needed to be done. He also let me know what to expect in the future as the opener and the door age. I highly recommend them and Ryan is outstanding.

Google5Fantastic service, excellent repair, great communication, fast response, and Ryan is a LEGEND at his craft! I called for an estimate to repair damage to my garage door from an encounter with a car backing into it. They showed up the next day, on time, and fixed it on the spot! Not only that, the price was a fraction of what I expected to pay. It was amazing! Thank you Ryan!

Google5Our 10 year old garage door opener stopped working and we had no clue why. I called Overhead Door Company of DFW expecting to purchase a new unit. When I called, my first contact was wonderful. She was patient and made me fill at ease by offering me options of repair or new purchase which was my choice. She gave me estimates of different repairs and a new purchase (just in case) which helped with the uncertainty of cost. The prices that were given were extremely fair and much less than I expected. She also set up an appointment for the next day, first thing in the morning. This was great! The following day, Ryan ( the technician) was on time and his level of customer service was outstanding. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the workings of my unit and what I needed to do to keep it going for years to come. At first, I wanted to buy a new unit and Ryan explained to me what the problem was and it was a quick inexpensive repair. He could have agreed with me and taken our money but he didn't. He was upfront and honest and you don't see that nowadays. This has been a pleasant experience for me and I will be calling them again for all future repairs or replacements.
