Yelp5My garage door quit working due to several components being simply worn out. Our technician, Edven Benitez, arrived early in the appointment window and quickly identified and fixed the problems. He was also very friendly and informative, texting me pictures of the lubes I should get to keep the door components in good shape. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Yelp1Called and scheduled for a Noon to 2 window for 1 broken spring. I was told it would start at $200. Guy showed up at 230, quoted $949!!!!! to replace both. Asked to leave a quote and he said they don't like to do that. Called his boss Richard and asked if there was anything they could do. Next thing you know it's $590. Person did not want to leave a quote. I can't stand companies that try to rip you off. Predatory sales practices. I left a bad review on Google and the owner replied to the review saying that I used foul language and the N word (which is 100% untrue, my wife was right there and heard the conversation. I called another company 2 days later and quote was $373.

BBB1Horrible. Called and scheduled for a Noon to 2 window for 1 broken spring. I was told it would start at $200. *** showed up at 230, quoted $949 to replace both (said you have to replace both which is wrong). Asked to leave a quote and he said they don't like to do that. Called his boss ******* and asked if there was anything they could do. Next thing you know it's $590. I can't stand companies that try to rip you off.

Yelp1Reached out to them via their contact message on their website for a quote for a broken torsion spring on a single car uninsulated garage door. Richard responded very quickly with a phone call and a text. I was told replacement springs start at $200. I responded with a photo of my spring and he got me on the schedule same day. Tech arrives and tells me my spring is $725. Told me the $200 springs are not torsion springs and are much smaller. I called Richard to get an explanation on the difference. He said $725 is their standard price for single-car torsion springs. Said he was busy getting me scheduled and didn't see my photo, but even if he had it wasn't clear enough to know which spring it was. I don't do well being out on the spot and I'm having carpet installed in less than a week so I needed the door fixed now, so I went with it. The Tech did a good job installing it. Walked me through basic maintenance to keep it going. Was a nice guy who did good work. Richard either didn't read the details in my communications or he intentionally hid the price so I'd have to make the decision after the tech was already there with a $59 trip fee. Either way, not a great experience.

BBB1Not up front with their pricing with me. I had a broken torsion spring on a single-car garage door. I mentioned the approximate measurements of the spring and type of door in my initial communication with the company. I know prices will vary, but wanted to give what I thought was enough information to start with. Response was great and they were very accommodating and got someone out same day. I was told springs start at $200 and go up. Tech arrived and instantly told me $725. He didn't have to measure the spring or anything, just knew from looking at it. Said the $200 springs were a different type and much smaller. Called back and was told by ******* that $725 is their standard rate for a single-car door torsion spring and that he didn't see the photo I sent him. Best case scenario he didn't actually read any of the details in our communication. Worst case scenario he intentionally hid the price so I'd have to make the decision while the tech was already on site with a trip fee attached. Either way, not a great experience.

Yelp1My garage was installed 2 years ago but was not completed fully. The incomplete issue was out of site and was not noticed until recently which means they "cut corners". I tried to contact this company and explain the issue but was responded to with an extra charge and a rude representative/ tech named Richard. I do not recommend this company as they do not value their customers and do not stand by their work. Expect horrible communication as well. No contact for several weeks now.

Google2Pros: prompt response and came in on short notice. Good workmanship so far. Cons: Expensive. Side note, the diagnose charge is $39 and instead of crediting like promised, they added in the invoice. My wife made a comment that the technician was rude.

Google5If I could give more stars I would. Alex was awesome! They got me in the next day after our spring broke and the door wouldn't open. He came out and was professional and very open to explaining what and how he was going to do to get the door back up and running. He is very good at his job and had the whole assembly replaced in under an hour! I would not hesitate to recommend Premium Garage Door again and again. A++

Google5It was 4:15 Friday afternoon right befor the labor day weekend. I was about to head out to get some beer. The garage door didn't open. I was thinking I was going to have to pay an emergency after hours premium. I called Premium Garage Door Repair and they said they would have someone there by 6pm. The guy showed up at 5pm and he changed out the spring and was out of here before 6pm. I was very happy because now I could make my beer run. Very reasonable price, knowledgeable and friendly guy that did the repair. He also offered some tips before he left. You can't go wrong choosing these guys.

Google5The company came to do a free quote only, but at the end I have paid for the service. Great quality and very professional, Alex Throckmorton did an fast and great quality job. I have a feeling that I found the company to repair my garage door if it breaks again in the future.

Google4Quick and responsive company! Just that you need to have a good bargaining edge else the company quoted me twice as much for the bid. Yes, they claimed to offer a better product but their warranty (1 year parts/90 days labor) fell short of Wellborn's garage doors Spring warranty (10 years parts and 6 mos labor). One should not have to pay more than $350 for a pair of springs!!!!

Yelp5Richard repaired our garage door opener. The repair was a simple thing for him but it was a big deal for us. He explained what went wrong in order to require the repair. He explained everything in terms that we could understand. He was respectful and professional. We are new to the area, however, if we come across someone in need of garage repair we will refer them to Richard.

Google5Very knowledgeable and great service! Alex and Scott came out on a Sat evening to repair our large, wooden garage door. A hinge was broken and a roller slipped out of the track. The worn out rollers were also replaced. Then they oiled and adjusted everything. Great price, too! We will definitely use them again!

Google5I had a problem with my garage door and called Premium Garage Door Repair. Alex came out to my house within the hour, fixed my issue and tuned up my entire system. Super respectful and knowledgeable technician who knew exactly what to do. I would recommend Premium Garage Door Repair to anyone and everyone who needs prompt professional service. I will use this company again if need be. Great experience but unfortunately I can't give them a 10 star rating!

Google5Great company. We had Alex come out and fix our spring. They didn't over charge for it being a weekend call or make me wait for 2 days. Prices are fair. We liked them enough to have additional work done proactively. Highly recommend.

Yelp5Great company to do business with. The tech David was super helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and gave me things to watch for since I have an older door and opener. The communication was ideal from the initial call and setting up the appointment to the alerts when the tech was in route. I will use again when needed Joy

Yelp5These guys are organized and on top of it! Great to work with, very flexible with payment options. Cash App, Venmo or credit card works. Quick and efficient all the way through. Totally recommend them.

Yelp5Out of the blue, my garage door stopped raising yesterday evening...of course it was Friday. Called and got an appointment for this morning. Wow, was the system messed up! All is better now, and I'll be calling to get my other garage door changed out, too, finally.

Yelp5I called Premium yesterday. A human answered on the second ring. I told them what I needed. He set an appointment for 8:00-10:00 the next morning. I received timely text updates. The next morning the tech texted at 8:00 that he was on the way and arrived ten minutes later. David introduced himself, asked questions, explained what he thought was wrong and how he planned to correct the problem. It turned out that a sensor needed adjusting. Problem diagnosed and fixed in fifteen minutes. They only charged for a service call. If you like timely, pleasant, professional and honest businesses you will love Premium Garage Door! My wife and I will definitely use Premium Garage Door in the future!

Yelp5I backed into the bottom part of my garage door around 5:30pm. I called them at 5:50pm to schedule a time for them to come give me a quote and was able to get on the books for between 6-8pm. David showed up around 6:30ish! He gave me a quote and then was able to fix my garage door right then and there. He was very upfront in pricing and what he'd be doing and very nice! It's now a little before 8:30 and my garage door is working good as new. I had called another repair company and they didn't have availability until Saturday, but the man did give me a "very ballpark guesstimate" of a price based on my description. The numbers he gave me lined right up with what David quoted me which makes me believe the prices are fair! I'm sure the other company was great too, but unfortunately I just really wanted it completed as soon as possible. I'd recommend Premium Garage Door Repair to anyone in the area! Oh and it came with a 30 day labor warranty and 1 year parts warranty.
