I called this company because they said they did same day repair. Jason came out between the time I was told he would be coming and he was amazing! Great guy, explained everything in detail but simple enough for us to understand. He was friendly and quick to solve our problem! We will definitely be using this company for our future garage needs! 30 yr old garage door wouldn't close, a roller fell off, whole door went off track 2 feet above ground Sat night. I called several venders. Sunday morning Yogi came, got the door back on track & closed. Tues morning our new garage door was installed. The professional quality, kindness & prompt service were unmatched. Yogi needs a raise!

Jason was awesome! I was having trouble with my garage doors and he came out and fixed it and serviced them. He took the time to explain the issues and how to prevent them and to take care of the garage doors. I will definitely be using only Jason's services from now on! Awesome guy!!

Jason went above and beyond for me when he came over to inspect my garage door. It seemed like he didn't leave out a single detail when explaining the problem and the various solutions. He drove back after I sent him on his way and changed my mind about not getting my door fixed. He even called the office to get my contact info corrected! The guy who came and installed it did a great job. I did not get his name but, before leaving, he made sure to have me take a look at the outside and showed that my new door was functioning properly.

Jason kept me informed on his arrival time and carefully explained to me what needed to be done and recommended preventative care as well. He even went the extra mile by adjusting the garage door opener on the single garage door. Very professional and friendly service, glad I chose this company!

Horrible experience with this company~ they installed a garage door system without giving me any choice on several other system! Told me only after installing that it came with one remote ~ Then the guy left leaving 3 electrical wires hanging on the chain that raise the door to the risk of being cut by it and causing a potential fire , he did not have a stapler to fix the electric cord hanging from the ceiling , I had to tell him to come back and fix his mistakes~ When I called them they were uncooperative, rude and wanted to charge me 50 dollars more for a second remote then wanted to charge a service charge at the end of discussion ~ Please check other companies do not hires those people no customer service!!!! I have checked other companies after that experience they told me they could have done it with 2 remotes and half the price!
