Garage door got damaged by teen son (oops), so we needed a full replacement. I'd also been reading up on the benefits of insulated doors, and coincidentally had recently purchased a nice belt-drive Chamberlain door opener, as I wanted to upgrade to something quieter with added features, since I was now obligated to look into this. Damage was in the wee hours of Sunday morning, I spoke with Ken early afternoon Monday, he came around later in the day to take a look and give a quote, which included factory-insulated door panels (same style), polyurethane track wheels, replacing the opener with the Chamberlain. Each of these features contributed something to reducing garage door noise, not to mention the added benefits of having an insulated door when in the static closed position. Booked for first thing Wednesday morning. The tech (Stian) came out, very personable, he set to work and needed no assistance or direction, knocking on the door once the work was completed. The new door + opener combo is quite a bit quieter than before, almost eerily so. Very happy with the results, would gladly call them again. Services Rendered: Assess and repair/replace damaged garage door, plus install new belt-drive (Chamberlain) door opener, for added quietness and Internet features.
