Thank you Highfield Doors for you excellent service on an emergency replacement of the two large springs on my garage door. I could not open my door to get my cars out. The technician showed up within 5 hours of me calling in and did a real professional job of replacing the springs. Thanks again for the excellent service.

I purchased new garage doors from Highfield about 6 years ago. I recently had one of my openers fail. I called Highfield and they responded quickly but the parts were not so quickly available. Highfield came up with a replacement and went out of their way to make sure it was repaired or replaced correctly and I was fully satisfied. I highly recommend these folks. Brian serviced the garage door, replaced the bottom retainer, seal, and put on new weather stripping. It was so easy to work with him and Dillon who helped me with scheduling. Super professional and most importantly friendly. Brian even showed up yesterday to make sure he had the right color of my garage door. The price is very reasonable. I'd use them again with no hesitation.

Had two of the loudest garage door openers on the block. Wanting to go local so I had HFDS replace them both. At first the installation was great but was not happy with a few minor details. Wrote a forth coming review and immediately got everything corrected. Very happy with the service, care and products of HFDS! Highly recommended because they with do a great job and if not will admit and fix them due to quality ownership.

We had both entrance doors along with a beautiful full glass storm door installed on our 1836 built limestone home in Centerville recently. Terry was our sales rep. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose the the right doors to fit our historic home. The install team did an amazing job. We are thrilled with our experience from Highfield doors and would highly recommend to our friends and family.

Great experience! We had someone out to give us a quote on an entry door, then we went in person to order and put 50% down, several weeks later they called to schedule an install. The installation went smoothly, very positive experience. Would highly recommend using Highfield for any entry or garage door needs!

My elderly mom's garage door broke, and she was extremely upset. Having seen TV ads for Highfield, I called them around 815a and they were able to send someone that afternoon. I assumed it was broken springs. Repair tech Johnny came in, took one look and said, "it's not the springs". He examined everything, determined that it was something relatively simple, replaced/adjusted that, and tightened up all the other connections, etc. Then he looked at the opener and determined that it was not connected to the door quite right. He spent a lot more time making those adjustments, testing/re-testing, and even fixed a lightbulb socket on the opener . Got the door fixed, got the door opening/closing correctly. Johnny was very polite, personable, knowledgeable, throrough. All for under $140! Meanwhile, mom's happy. And when mom's happy, evvvvveryone is happy!!! Services Rendered: Something went wrong with the moving parts hardware on the garage door. I assumed it was a spring. But repair guy Johnny identified the real problem, that cost a lot less than a spring/springs would have. He could have told me that springs were the problem and I wouldn't have known any better. It's great having an honest company and its employees doing work for you.

Greg took one look at the broken spring, checked the cables and inspected the door. "It's the spring," he said. "That's all?" I asked. "Yep," Greg said. The job took a little more than 30 minutes, start to finish. Greg also provided verbal and written feedback regarding the condition of our "system." (We have older wooden doors and intend to replace them in coming months.) Quick, competent, professional service at a reasonable price - our rating reflects our satisfaction. When we are ready to replace our existing doors, we will definitely be in touch with Highfield. Services Rendered: Went to open one of the garage doors this morning and the tension spring broke. Called a company we've used in the past at 8 am and they could not get to us today. Elected not to schedule with that company and instead called Highfield (with whom we have never dealt) around 9 am. Highfield states on website that if you call before noon - they will schedule for the same day. That is exactly what happened to us. We were told Greg would be there between 12:30 and 4:30. Greg called around 12:30 and said he was on the way. He arrived about 10 minutes later.

Great. I compared two other companies and chose Highfield. The salesman worked with me to help identify the best door for our home. It took about 3 weeks to get the door once it was ordered. We originally made an appointment to have our garage motor replaced. Our servicemen, Chad and his coworker, came over and discovered that our garage door motor was still functional, but it was the spring that was broken. They went to go get the correct parts and came back to replace in the same day. They also demonstrated how the door needed to be balanced and made sure that everything was working before they left. We would definitely call them again if we need any other help with our garage door! Services Rendered: Replacing the spring

Rodney Highfield originally came out to provide an estimate for a coating to our garage floor. He informed us that the floor was not in good enough condition to provide the coating. He suggested a contractor to do a garage floor replacement job. I really appreciated Rod's honesty when he told me his product would not repair my garage floor. After replacing the garage floor, I contacted Rod (Highfield Door Sales) for an estimate on a new garage door. We discussed the doors without any pressure to sell. The workers arrived timely. The work they did was wonderful. I would highly recommend this company for any product they sell. Services Rendered: Removed and replaced 16' x 7' overhead garage door. Replaced torsion pad wall mount to block.
