The torsion springs on my garage door broke over the weekend, so I started making calls on Monday morning. DTE was responsive and quick. My door was repaired before noon. I also appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me on more products, services, etc. like so many service providers do. We both knew what I needed, they got it done, quickly and reasonably.
