Google5I don't usually write reviews, however, I was so impressed with this garage door repair company that I felt I had to. My garage door would not open, and I needed to get my car out for work. I called Ascension to see how much it would cost to get a new garage door opener and if they could come out today. They told me they could have a technician out in the next hour to give me a free quote and show me my options for openers--and give me same day service to get my car out. The technician ended up getting there in half an hour, and told me that I didn't even need a new opener...my sensors were just not aligned! He took two minutes to fix them for me, got the door open, and saved me from the hundreds of dollars we were going to spend on a new opener. This company is honest, professional, and kind. I couldn't recommend more!

Google5When they came they were experienced and diagnose the issue quickly. Once they had diagnose the issue, they were very quick to get the part that they needed and to assemble it efficiently, I would recommend them to anyone.

Google5Wow! This was the quickest I have ever gotten anything done especially a garage door! The worker was over in minutes and saved me in an emergency! He fixed my garage and he was so kind!! I'm so impressed with his service and recommend him to anyone in a jam with their garage door!

Yelp1I needed new springs for a garage door and for them to repair some damage to the door. They were quick to reply and come out. BUT, when the guy arrived he quoted us $800 to do all the work. He was done in 20 min and barely did any work -- replaced the springs (as we needed) but the repair job was only a couple of new rollers as far as I can tell. I talked to the guy who I presume is the manager and he said the price includes their "expertise" and years of experience. They gouged us. Plus, when they were done, they didn't even clean up.

Yelp5Came in, gave me a price, I agreed, they got to work and it was done. Garage door works now. Word of advice, don't close your garage if your car isn't all the way inside. Who would have known. Honest, communicative, efficient, clean, hardworking guys. Highly recommend.
