Google5I've used Precision twice in the last couple years. Their technician Mark Kucel was here both times. He's the best. Caring, professional service. I highly recommend this company .

Google2They tried to sell me a new door that I didn't need. Another garage company was able to repair my door. Although Precision did credit my credit card with the money I had put down.

Google5Dalton the sales representee who came to our home for Precision was very professional, friendly and informative. He explained the issue with our garage door and offered us solution's. He was very patient and answered all of our questions, making sure that we understood the technical aspects of what he was saying. We were very pleased and when he left felt that we had made the decision that fit our situation and that no pressure was applied to us. Google5Same day service was extremely convenient. Mark K was friendly and thoroughly explained what my ancient door needed beyond the immediate problem but didn't over-sell. Quick work and haven't had any issues since. I would definitely recommend.

Google5Mark was an excellent technician. He took the time to explain how the door parts operated in conjunction with each other. This helped greatly when reviewing the three well presented options he gave. His work was quick, yet well executed and he cleaned up afterwards.

Google5We were beyond pleased with the service and the courtesy afforded to us by the technician Mike. He explained everything thoroughly and completed the job in an expeditious manner.
