Google5I had them replace my ancient garage door opener with a modern one. There was no sales pressure from them. The installer was friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. I really recommend them if you're in need of anything garage door related.

Google1Called for help with replacing weather strip on door purchased from them. They basically told me they don't sell doors any more . Tuff luck! They are more than happy to take your money up front but don't ask for any follow up help or service.

Google1I do not recommend this company, very bad ... they guy came Thursday and he said he change something after three hours. My garage doesn't open he came next day. He said the spring you have in the garage that's the wrong one. I told him the spring changed four years ago with the big company and it's work very good till you guys came to fix my garage door, he said OK sir if you wanna fix it you have a to change those springs . I told him no thank U next day I called another company he came to adjustment the springs not even in five minutes and he left on my garage work totally great.

Google5Great experience with this company! Garage door spring bracket decided to detach from the wood....literally 2 hours before I was going to leave for a road trip. These guys came out even sooner than estimated, fixed the door, and left an invoice in the garage. The cost was very reasonable. I was shocked to see the repair man pulling out of my driveway as I was coming back from dropping off the dog at the sitter. What I liked best about these guys is that they understood my situation and allowed me to leave a card on file for payment in case I was gone when they arrived. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Google5Our garage door had been in need of replacement for a while, and when it started falling to pieces, we got in touch with Rashid Garage Doors. We were able to have someone out to inspect on a Saturday which was awesome! I got a call from them with a final quote same-day and got the install scheduled for the following Tuesday. Our new door looks great! Our installer Bret was amazing. I thought he would be here for most of the day, but he finished within 2 hours. He took the time to walk me through what he did and gave some tips on maintaining the rollers and springs. He really was above and beyond in the level of service and care he provided. Thanks so much to Bret & Rashid Garage Doors for the awesome experience!

Google5I have had good experiences with Rashid over the years, but was very thankful today due to a recommendation they provided. A belt broke on my 22-year old garage door opener, and I wanted to purchase a replacement. The person who answered the phone (Kristen) quoted a price, but suggested that I first try calling Chamberlain to see if they offer a lifetime warranty on the belt. Sure enough, Chamberlain is sending the belt for free, saving me more than $100. Thanks to Rashid for their integrity given that they could have made an easy sale. I'll continue to rely on them for products and service, and wanted to share with others.

Google5An amazing company I can't recommend enough. This company was not only affordable, they offered a beautiful garage door upgrade that cost effectively increased the curbside appeal of our house. They worked diligently to make sure their job was perfect and we were satisfied. I find locating good companies with honest owners who are competent in their profession and stand behind their word to be hit or miss these days. Rashid is definitely a hit you should consider.

Yelp5Our garage door wouldn't open. I called Rashid & they had someone out in less than 45 minutes. The gentleman was extremely courteous and efficient. Our repair was completed in less than hour at a very fair price. The woman that set our appt up was very helpful and efficient. This is the only company I will be contacting for any garge our exterior door work in the future.

Yelp1I used this company before for a repair and had excellent service - prompt and courteous. They weren't able to help me with a recent problem - which is fine - but the woman on the phone was extremely rude. This is not someone who should be working in customer service.

Yelp5Although I don't remember the first time, hubby said we used this company to repair our garage door years ago. So when the garage door was broken again on the same house (which is now a rental), he recommended calling them again. They're lifesavers! I think I spoke with Nicole on the phone, and she was very helpful. She was always prompt to check on things (like a time for the visit, and confirmation that the job was done) with the technician and got back with me as agreed each time. Nicole relayed that the technician said it wasn't easy, but he got the door open and the spring replaced. She also said that he warned us that the door opener is old and will probably need to be replaced instead of repaired next time. If you find yourself with a garage door stuck open..or shut... Call Rashid & Farmington Doors to get it fixed quickly and fairly.
