Google5I called this place after closing time and a nice person answered the phone. I explained I was having an issue programming my garage door remote. He was so nice and walked me through step by step on how to program the garage doors and it worked and now my garage doors are opening and closing properly. I am very thankful for his help and the time he spent on the phone helping me resolve the issue. Thanks so Much

Google5I spoke with Joe at Downriver Door about potentially fixing or replacing rollers on a 25 year old Pella patio door. Joe suggested to just use WD40. I used WD40 with the straw connection and applied the WD40 to the rollers and the door works like it's brand new. Thank you so much for the advise and cost save !!! I'll be calling back for any future needs for doors. Excellent job and great talking with Joe.

Google5From start to finish Downriver doors our fantastic from Joe coming on suday to evaluate and ric h coming on Fri to install. Friendly., informative and professional. On top of that fairly priced and a Downriver Company as well. Call them you won't be disappointed

Google5Joe had the garage door window replacements we needed even though the maker is out of business. He priced them fairly and delivered them to our house the same day! Can not say enough good about this kind of service!

Google1Terrible company. Ordered a new entry and storm door in January. When it was installed in March they had the wrong storm door. Was told it would be a couple weeks before it came in. I foolishly paid them in full. I called in June to see what was going on and was told they would call me back. Never got a call. Same thing in July. Joe finally admitted that my door was never ordered or was given to another customer. It's October and I still don't have a storm door I paid for in March. Update: it's December and still no door. Still a terrible company, avoid!

Google5April 2020 - Excellent and dependable service from Joe. My garage door wasn't closing all the way and he came out within 30 minutes to address the issue. He solved the problem which was just the sensors being misaligned. Easy fix and no charge. I call Joe for all my garage issues because of his expertise and dependability.

Google5Joe is a great guy, he stooped by shortly after my call to fix my broken garage door. Within a few minutes, the garage door was working again. Very professional and at a very reasonable rate. Strongly recommend him to all your garage door needs or any of the services that he offers.
