Horrible Installer/ Horrible Business. Horrible Experience with this guy (1 man show). I specifically ordered a Liftmaster Gate Opener, two weeks later he brings me a Platinum Gate Opener. Stating that Liftmaster was backordered. I reluctancy accepted. His supports on my large single swing door were insufficient, which I had to re-enforce myself. His welds were weak and insufficient , which I had to correct myself. He lacked proper tools for the project (concrete cutter, proper welding equipment etc.) My keypad did not work properly, which I attempted to call him to repair (never answered, and when he finally did , never showed up, after 5 attempts.) His response in text when he did respond was "Im busy, don't you know that". (after he cashed my check). I had to hire another company to complete. During the install, he was constantly trying to shortcut the work (shallow trenching, improper welding, poor workmanship) , which meant I had to constantly demand proper work from him, and again had to fix these issues myself due to frustration.
