Google5I was in a predicament when both of my springs broke and I wasn't able to lift my garage door enough to get my vehicle out. I called multiple places including the one who installed the door, and Budget Garage Door was the only place able to come out the same day. Not only did they arrive same day, but they were able to make all the necessary repairs and adjustments. John (the service technician) was extremely friendly and even took the time to explain basic lubrication procedures so I can take care of my new springs and overall equipment. I HIGHLY recommend Budget Garage and John for their willingness to serve and quality workmanship! This type of customer service is rare to find - give them a call and you won't be disappointed.

Google5Could not be more pleased with the service and cost for replacing my garage door spring. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant. John came by to fix the spring. Explained everything and did a great job. Overall, this company is a pleasure to deal with and if I even need service like this in the future, they will be the first I call.

Google5My garage door spring snapped. I called Budget Garage Doors and got someone on the phone and an appointment booked 2 days out in a matter of 5mins. John showed up. He was professional and friendly. John explained what went wrong, how to avoid further issues with my garage door and general door maintenance. I had my door back up and running in 30mins. Reasonably priced at the end. I will be using Marks business in the future and will recommend this business for future garage door issues.

Google5I called Budget Garage Door about 30 minutes before closing with a broken garage door. They said they could have someone out tomorrow morning, gave me the price for someone to come out and didn't give any run around and made the appt quickly. The repair man who came out was John, and was amazing. He quickly resolved the issue, the price was exactly what they said, no extra fees tacked on, he went above and beyond my expectations and explained what he did and why. Can't recommend Budget Garage Door enough!

Google5John was our technician; he was professional, friendly, informative and honest. I called in and received service the same day on repairing our garage door as we ordered a new one. Ours was 30+ years old. We just had it installed and can barely hear the opening and closing. We could not have had a better technician or service. Thank you again!

Google5Reasonable prices and great service here. My installer's name was John (I believe, I'm bad with names) and he did great work - new opener looks great. He even took a few minutes to show me how to properly lubricate my door which is much appreciated as I don't know much about this kind of stuff. Highly recommended.

Google5John came out to fix our garage door today. Poor guy was stuck in a hot box out there! He replaced the items needed quickly and efficiently. Very nice guy. Provided us with information on how to better maintenance our garage door. Very helpful. Will be using Budget Garage Door & More in the future.
