Google5A spring broke (BANG!) in our 14 year old Raynor garage door trapping our cars in the garage. I called the local Raynor dealer, and not being sure if the had the right springs, they squeezed in an appointment the next day to at least get the door open. When the repair tech got here, he had the right springs & we had an operational door in about an hour. Great work!

Google5Zach and Charlie came out and fixed our garage door the same day I called with a problem. Was highly impressed with both of them! Mary Goulart

Google5Front Range Raynor is fantastic! I have used them several times when my garage door has gotten stuck or needed it's spring replaced. They get back to you right away and can make it out same day. Often they can even fix it the same day. Highly recommend.

Google5Needed to replace a broken spring and both doors needed an adjustment. Our tech, John, was friendly and informative. I thought it would take a lot longer than it did but he worked very efficiently and was done in no time. Door is fixed and working smoothly. John did a fantastic job and I would recommend him for sure!

Google1Raynor installed our garage door within the last 10 years. Dont have exact date. As i recall service at time was good though i dont full recall. our garage door spring broke yesterday. My husband tried calling 5 or 6 times yesterday with no return call. He also tried calling again this morning. NOTHING. Just a voice mail and that is it. He ended up calling another company to come out and they did great. But would have been nice to have the company that installed the door fix it. or know if ther was some sort of warranty on it....... Anyway, Sorry raynor looks like your customer service has really gone down hill lately. Saw several bad reviews on google for same thing all recently as well.

Google1This company used to be good. Now they're an absolute train wreck. I contacted them to get an estimate for a new call box with video for my driveway gate. I received an email acknowledging they received my request. No one from Front Range Raynor ever got back to me, so I had another company install a new video callbox and it works as it should. I was also having a technical issue with one of the openers on my driveway gate (THAT THEY INSTALLED). I left a message several days ago, and again no one ever got back to me. This place is apparently horribly disorganized and unprofessional. Apparently no one actually cares about assisting their customers . Returning phone calls is customer service 101 and they can't even get that right. Unattentive salespeople, bad service and/or technical support are 100% due to poor leadership.

Google2I bought a new build a year and a half ago. My garage door broke within a few months of moving in. It was the part that bolts into the actual door, so I just rebolted it and didn't call in but it has never really stayed. I finally called today because it slammed to the ground because the bolt came back out. I asked if they have a warranty and she said normally a year. Which I guess is understandable but I will be going with a different company to come out and investigate why it has never been right. So although I would not say it is a horrible company I will not be using them in the future and advising others not to as well.

Yelp1Never came to the house yet sent a bogus bill; never experience false billing before for work that was never done nor ever came to site. Unbelievable!

Yelp1I ordered a garage door at the beginning of November and was told it would probably be early March when I would get my door--and yes, I understand the supply chain issues caused by COVID, so I've been patient. Raynor provided me with a "loaner" door until then (at $500). I have been trying to find out when my actual door is coming since I'm having problems with the loaner...and it's been over four months. I can't get the "sales manager", Jay, to call me back (though they were super eager to take my 75% deposit--over $4000)--he said he had to switch to a new screen (which would take 15 minutes)--two days later, I am still waiting for his call. Customer service, initially, was great...now...forget it. The door, in retrospect is grossly overpriced, and I wouldn't use them again. Call around and do your homework. I went with them because I was in desperate need of a garage door (had an accident with mine); I wish I took my own advice.

Yelp1I got new garage doors installed by them. Several had on going problems. One it turns out the motion safety censors were bad. So they failed in repeated trips to fix it, finally it was out of warranty and still not working and they started changing me for trips to fix even though they never had it working consistently from installing it. That sucks. So due to their failure to fix right first through 3-5 trips then I pay like $500 to finally get a tech who knew what to do and fix it right. Very sad.

Yelp2The initial meeting with the sales rep was good. He was kind and knowledgeable. But later, when we needed info for our insurance carrier, it was dead silence. Finally they called to set up an installation time - it was for seven weeks later. The installer showed up a week early unannounced. I didn't have time to prepare the garage. He didn't bother to move anything out of the way during installation and left a mess in all of our nearby stuff. The installer filled up our trash barrels with his job waste. When he finished the job he left many large bolts and nails strewn over the driveway and garage floor. When I came home at night I had to find them all with a flashlight. He must have been in a hurry. It looks like the installer did a good job assembling the two doors. But he left dirt, grease/lubricant on the doors which we had to clean up afterwards. The doors were somewhat pricy. I would have appreciated better communication and a better or caring work ethic.

Yelp1This company was referred by a neighbor and on Nextdoor, so I called them when my garage door literally would not open - even when unhooked. Luckily I asked for their hourly rate prior to getting service. If I wanted to use my car and couldn't wait 2 weeks for a $125/hour appointment, I could expect to pay $200/hour plus parts. Seems extreme.

Yelp1Our garage door stopped working so we placed a service call to Front Range Raynor since we have used their garage door services for many years. We paid the extra fee for "same day service." At the end of the service call, WE (not the repair men) initiated the discussion about whether it was time to purchase a new garage door opener. The repair men left around 6:00 p.m. and we left for dinner. Arrived home approximately 1 1/2 hours later and the garage door wouldn't open. Called the following morning and explained our situation to two separate sales people requesting the install of a new garage door opener. Both representatives told us that someone would be calling us back to arrange for the install of a new garage door opener. That was over 1 week ago and we are still waiting for a return call. We will not be using Front Range Raynor for our repairs or future service needs.

Google5We wanted wood garage doors and we called several companies for estimates. The estimates that we received were ridiculously high and a lot of the companies we called tried to talk us out of getting wood doors and tried to sell us other products. We get the maintenance issue with wood doors, but we knew exactly what we wanted. I was driving past Front Range Raynor one day and on a whim, I decided to stop in and ask for an estimate. Originally, we didn't call them because we assumed their price would be too high because of their reputation. I spoke to Derek and told him what we wanted. He got back to me promptly with a price that was much lower than all the other estimates we had received and I actually like the wood doors that they custom make much better than the other options I had been given. After we agreed to have Raynor do the work, Derek came to our home and took measurements and looked at the actual job to make sure that the installation would go smoothly. This step gave us a lot of peace of mind! The crew showed up as planned and completed the installation without any issues. Derek even stopped by at the beginning of the installation to make sure that everything was in order. The crew was professional, friendly and did a great job! I highly recommend Front Range Raynor! The doors are gorgeous and the openers are great and I love the Wifi that allows me to link them to my phone!

Yelp1Called because our keypad wasn't working. They came out and "fixed" it with a new pad but did not check it to make sure that it was functioning before they left. It in fact was not working so we called back the next day to have it fixed and spoke with Jennifer who was extremely unprofessional. When telling her about the issue she stated "I have never heard of that." Then she proceeded to tell us the only tech they had was in Denver and it would be at least a week before they got out and they don't take care of any "warranty" issues after 5pm either. It's a shame this day in age that the art of customer service is so lost. We will NOT be using Raynor again.
