Jake Formby was my technician. He showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. The previous company I used, led me to believe that I needed to replace my garage door. Jake evaluated my door and determined that it could be repaired for relatively cheap in comparison to replacement. He was fast and efficient with his repair and gave good descriptions of the work needed. He informed me of common mistakes home owners make that require unnecessary service calls. I recommend this company because of the quick, same day fix but more importantly, their honesty.

My door spring sprung and I called OCCGD and was able to get emergency service to my house that evening. Jake was a great technician, discussed options and seemed to fix everything including some bearings that were also going bad. I would clearly use this company again for all my garage door needs.

I had called One Clear Choice to inspect my garage door and opener since it had been many years (even before I purchased my home) since it had been inspected. In short, John G was fantastic! He was punctual, polite, thoroughly inspected and explained my best options. Turned out the opener was from 2001! I decided to go with a new door opener which was a significant upgrade of my previous opener, quieter and better lighting! Thanks to John and One Clear Choice for their great communication and great service!

Before my appointment I was very anxious as the last time someone looked at our garage door I felt taken advantage of since the representative quoted some absolutely ridiculous number and when I declined he asked how much I had. I was happily surprised when Clinton from One Clear Choice showed up as he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and I felt like I was treated fairly. I would definitely recommend to friends, family, or really anyone!

Beware - 1 Terrible Choice is way overpriced. We had the rollers replaced on our garage door as an add-on to a $630 spring repair. They charged $242.52 for the roller replacement. I later found that the parts they used could be purchased on Amazon for about $40. It took the installer less than 10 minutes for the installation. Taking off the parts, the labor rate was $1200 per hour! The truck roll was already covered by the other repair work so this was pure profit. My daughter and son recently had their rollers replaced for a reasonable $100. I highly recommend finding a reputable vendor or at the very least learn from our mistake and get a second bid.

Their response time was amazing. I called and a technician was at my home in just a couple of hours. The technician was professional and thorough. He provided me with an explanation of my issue and multiple options to a resolution. Additionally, he identified other areas that either needed or could use improvements for safety concerns and provided multiple quotes on correcting those deficiencies. I was very pleased with my experience and will be using them again when the time comes.

Clinton was professional and hardworking. He laid out my options clearly with no big sales push and took the time to do the job of replacing my rollers and tuning up my door well. He spent extra time because it was not running smoothly and it works so much better than before. I definitely will used this company again.

The lead time seemed long for our special order doors, but I've heard from others that it can be much worse. The support was great, the prices were good, the installation team did a great job. There was one section of door with a dent that the technicians noted and a replacement section is now on order. I recommend Clear Choice for garage door purchases. I will definitely use them on my next garage door project.

After a unpleasant experience with the Ankmar sales rep, I booked with an attentive salesperson of 1 Clear Choice. They cancelled on me at the last minute with a pretty weak excuse that they would have to drive to Denver to get the parts, no time, juggling schedule....etc. I reconnected with Ankmar sales manager that had apologized for the Ankmar sales rep and said they could bail me out and they sent their people immediately to install two new door openers on my new building. Jose the Ankmar installer was great, Justin the Ankmar scheduler was awesome. I have 12 buildings, a lot of garage doors and I am switching to Ankmar..... Sooo long 1 Clear Choice.

No free estimates. ONLY if you know EXACTLY what is wrong with your door. It costs $69 to have a technician to come out to inspect your door. The girl told me that if their technicians come out to my house and get their tools out and have to inspect the door to find out what is wrong it will cost you. The people were rude on the phone - call another company!!!! I did.

I have dealt with 1 Clear Choice Garage Doors in Loveland, Colorado in the past and have always received the best service imaginable. I have used other garage door companies in the past and have never been satisfied. I can not say enough about the top notch service I have received from this company. The employees at the Loveland store are very knowledgeable and as friendly as can be. I would highly recommend this company! We hired this company 8 years ago to install a brand new garage door. At the time of installation, the company guaranteed lifetime springs and rollers. So when the spring on the door broke recently we contacted the company for maintenance. The company honored the lifetime guarantee and we were not charged for the spring or labor. It is very rare anymore to find a company that actually does what it says. One Clear Choice honored our contract in full. Services Rendered: Spring on garage door needed to be replaced.
