Jose did an exceptional job on my parents home this week! He arrived early to the appointment, was friendly and professional! Jose was proficient with installing the garage doors and was extremely knowledgeable about everything. The garage doors look stunning . Jose and his company are highly recommended!

Tried to get a garage door installed for an 86 yr old woman in Fresno area (I live in Southern California) Garage door was installed - just the trim/seal at top was not affixed correctly and "sagged" within days of install (see pics). Contacted installer a few times over several weeks to pls come back and fix - after weeks it never happened. Installer's text to me this morning suggested I contact All Star Garage Door if I like, so I did..... Spoke with a "Kevin" who is simply rude and upon reviewing the actual pictures, called me a liar, stated they did not install it that way, told me to contact Home Depot customer service (who contracts w/ All Star for installs) , stated they would give me a price to "fix" (their lack of fasteners/nails) and hung up on me. Quick little temper that Kevin! I'm an owner of a multi-million dollar company with over (150) employees, I also contract with other companies, so I have seen and heard many things over the years. My phone call with Kevin was a new "low", annoying and quite laughable at the same time. "Kevins" like this one, just don't cut it in my world, which is a reasonable one. Update 10/20/2023 - I had written this review, hoping the issues would be resolved and I could simply delete review - which as of this writing have not - so I am adding more pictures, which show the sloppy install.... and their idea of a "fix". Ryan, the owner states in his extremely quick response to this review, and I partially quote him: "Perry did not get what he wanted"... Well Ryan, I just wanted a door properly installed for an (88) yr old woman who lives alone, 4 hours away from my home = which I did in fact NOT receive. Hey! we actually agree!

Hello everyone All Star Garage did me right.I had beat up aluminum door.They came out explaining all about types of doors and openers they have in stock with detailed literature.Explained the different upgrades and how will enhance my garage.David and Albee took correct sizes and answered my phone calls.I went with flush because I have odd size.It fit perfect.Opener quiet as a mouse.The installers Raphael and Hecter did the install correctly and explained all details.At the end they set up Wi-Fi for garage door and explained all the bells and whistles.If you want a awesome garage door go with them.Plus I got a rebate from Costco by buying through them.

Kevin (the owner) was extremely helpful on the phone and brought brochures that made the selection process easy. He kept me updated on the factory fabrication time and installation date. Tyson installed both doors perfectly and cleaned up better than it was when he arrived. I've been in the construction industry for 42 years and I highly recommend All Star Garage Door.

Our garage doors & opener look and operate great. The communication between the company and us was fantastic! We received updates regularly from Shelbi. She was very on top of things! I really appreciated that. When I followed up after the doors were installed with a question, again, they were very quick in getting back to me and solved my problem immediately. The salesman (I believe his name was Garrett) was friendly, informative, and efficient. And a man named Kevin, (who I think is the owner), went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend Allstar Garage!!

I called Allstar because we needed our garage door replaced. I was referred by my neighbor. I called and spoke to Kevin and he came out the next day to give me a quote. I did do some shopping around prior and we decided to go with Allstar. Kevin was professional and had a catalog of the different garage doors with windows to choose from so I liked the variety. A week later my new door I chose was installed. I am very happy with their work. And we have 1 year warranty in case anything goes wrong. I highly recommend if you need a new garage door.

Our spring broke with my car inside & I was unable to get it out. We called All Star & left a message. They called us first thing in the morning & scheduled for before 12 noon! They changed both springs & were very reasonable on their price! Would definitely use them again.

Kevin was absolutely friendly and personable when he came out for quote. Held off on getting it - COVID hit. He told us exactly what to expect and how long it would take. He called to let us know if there were updates. His installer (sorry, I forgot his name ) was on time, professional and a great guy. I would definitely recommend All Star Garage Door and will be telling others about them. Customer Service is a huge part of business and he definitely has done a great job. THANKS!!!

Not sure how this place has such high reviews. Had problems with the garage since day one. First the door was not aligned properly so it was grinding against the frame which caused the paint on the garage door to rub off. Then the rubber seal on the bottom starting coming off, so half my garage door doesn't have a rubber seal anymore. To top it off, my garage door stopped closing properly. Spoke to a worker who tried charging me $140 for a service call!! Their warranty only covers 1 year. I've it for about 1 1/2 years. Definitely wouldn't recommend them just based on this experience. I'll take my $ elsewhere. I'll also be talking to my home builder and recommending they go with someone else going forward. Services Rendered: Fix garage door

I contacted All Star for a broken motor and spring. At my request, I was able to send photos of the problem and received an estimate via phone immediately. This saved me from leaving work. I asked if they could come out a couple days later and they accommodated my request. Mario did the installation. He was timely and very professional. I was amazed how fast they completed the job. I did not get other estimates but I thought the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again. The installer arrived right at the appointed time and did a great job on the installation, including having to make some adjustments to accommodate for some quirks in my garage situation--at no additional fee. I ordered it on April 10 and he said it would be around 3 weeks. I called him on May 9th and he said no door yet. Then I called back on June 2nd, he said they lost the order and he said he will have to call me right back. He never called. On June 5th, I called Kevin and he said he would re order it and he promised within 3 weeks. June 24th, still no call, so I called him, he said no door and he would email the company and call me right back. July 1st, still no call, I called Kevin back, and he said he received the wrong size door. He said he will re order the door and call me right back. I waited till September 1st and he still haven't called me back. Six months no call, no door. He said he called and left messages and there are no messages. Kevin is the one I dealt with. My original old garage door broke and had to be replaced. I wasn't sure who to call as I work i Southern California and my home is in Fresno. The 1st company on the list was All Star Garage, Kevin was very pleasant on the phone and his price reasonable. Because I had an unexpected emergency Kevin worked out a payment plan with me which really helped out. I am happy with my door and happy to do business with him. Won't use this company in the future. Services Rendered: Company had an offer to replace all rollers for Garage door, make ajustments, lube, tighten and inpect door for $99.00. Value price was more. Not all rollers were replaced the bottom two were left as he indicated that these were very expensive to replace. long story short, bottom two rollers were not replaced, door was ajusted, lubed properly but was not happy that they advertised all rollers would be replaced, when in actuality they weren't.
