Yelp5Thank you! Michael was responsive and set a date to come out and diagnose and fix my garage door, he showed up on time and called me 15 minutes before to let me know he was on the way.

Yelp5Michael immediately returned my call. He promptly came at the appointment time. His pricing was very reasonable and his work was excellent! When he explained what the work would entail, I felt very comfortable using him and glad I did. He is the best!!!

Yelp5Michael at Fresno Garage Door was quick to respond to my call for repair of the broken spring on my garage door. He gave me a fair price over the phone and we scheduled the appointment. On the morning of our appointment he called to confirm he's on his way and when he arrived the entire job only took about 30 minutes. He was mindful of all my stuff in the garage and the neighborhood kitties that visited while he worked. Yes I recommend Fresno Garage Door.

Yelp5Fresno Garage door is amazing to work with and order a garage door from. The process in obtaining a quote, choosing a door and placing the order was so easy. The installation process was so smooth, and we are so happy with the new look and the new functions. We opted for a new motor that also included a video camera with speaker feature. We are also able to operate it using our phone app, so convenient. The door is so quiet in comparison to the last one we owned.

Yelp1The service was terrible 'the technician Gilbert was honest and polite .the owner Jonathan is a habitual liar he lied to me for a whole week about chi garage door because he lied and said he had it in stock on July 16 then he rescheduled me for July 23 and the tech showed up with the Lincoln door the cheapest door you can get and I had just talk to him Thursday night on the 22nd when he showed up this morning on the 23rd with the Lincoln door I refused it and asked for my $500 back in cash like I gave him as a down payment then he tried to repay me on cash app' Jonathan just wasted my time he is so dishonest ' I would never recommend this place to anyone he's a sad case. The one star is for the technician that came out he was polite honest and businesslike 'but the owner Jonathan 'shot caller is a liar 'you should be ashamed of yourself. This happen today 7-23-2021

Yelp5The spring on my garage door broke last night so I reached out to them at 7:00pm. At 7:30pm I had a response, quote, and an appointment for the next day set by the owner. Today Gilbert arrived and checked everything out. I liked how he was very straightforward, this is what's wrong, this is what you need, this is the cost (which matched the quote I was given!) and he got to work. Arrived and finished all in 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend them for your services. Plus mine came with a one year guarantee which is great! Thanks Fresno Garage Doors!
