Overhead Door Company at 2325 Crystal Dr, Fort Myers, FL 33907 was contracted to provide and install our new residential garage door. They were not on time as scheduled, no courtesy call informing us. I called and left a message, no one ever returned my call. The installation was sloppy and the hurricane rack had several missing screws. The actual door panels and metal framing had some type of glue spattered on them, it is horrible looking. The installation crew related they could do nothing about it, it was done at the factory. The exterior weather strips were nailed crooked and uneven. We were highly disappointed and would not recommend this company.

Great service and product! super easy, affordable and an amazingly quiet garage door opener! My ears would bleed on the one installed by the builder! We thought for sure there was a problem with our garage door, it sounded terrible! I called on Tuesday, they came out on Thursday at the time I needed (I work full-time) The technician was VERY nice, professional and got right to work. He not only serviced the door, he showed me what we should due to make sure the door has a long life and functions the way it should. Seldom do I see this excellent work ethic and professionalism!! It went very well. The service technician, Andy "Wooly" Clem, arrived on time, was very professional and explained the operation of the new garage door opener thoroughly. He also lubricated the rails and adjusted the remote in my car to the new opener. I would highly recommend Andy. Services Rendered: They had to replace the garage door opener and while doing the work discovered the tension on the rails where too tight so they adjusted them.

They were scheduled to come out between 8-10 a.m. and the tech was right on time, at 8:00 a.m. This time the service tech was "Wooly"; he was right on time, helpful, polite , and, again, professional. Services Rendered: Our door was installed within the past year and I've had them out for little nit picky things. They were always polite, prompt, and professional. This time I just needed help programming the keypad and some adjustment on our door for it to close smoothly; it had been sort of bump, bump, bumping down.

Highly Recommend this company. Excellent Work plus Service! Very happy with this company. We had our garage door malfunction and could not remove my car until the door was repaired. We called Overhead Door Co. and they came out the same day. Replaced the pair of springs, reattached the cables and lubricated the rollers. Fair price for excellent work. We have also gone to the company when our garage door battery needed replacing. Services Rendered: Repaired our garage door.

Well wonderful it was! They said the warranty still had a year and since the hardware had been a known problematic unit they decided to throw free labor in on the deal. They came out right on time THE NEXT DAY and fixed more than they had to. NOBODY has ever given me service like that before, ever. This isn't the first time I have been impressed by this company. This time I finally decided to do something nice in return, praise a company that actually knows the meaning of integrity. Services Rendered: Called for service on my Odyssey 1000 garage door lift as it was non-functional... and wouldn't you know it on the owner's manual it was the only symptom that required a service tech.......wonderful, i thought.
