Angi3Very responsive by phone. No so much by email. Cancelled several times to help other customers, which was OK. Once he got there, he did a good job. A few old nuts from the old door left around. Seal at the bottom of the door binds on one side, but not terrible. Makes a funny noise (bind like) on both sides as the door comes down when panels go into the door frame. Late getting bill from him, and then claimed it was overdue. Services Rendered: Installed garage door I got from Menards.

Angi5Mike was very responsive in being willing to come to my house right away the next day even though it was a Saturday. He was able to accurately diagnose the problem even while we were on the phone setting up the appointment. He arrived right on time and efficiently took care of the repair. He was patient with my questions and also balanced the door to prevent more wear and tear on the new gear. Services Rendered: My garage door had stopped operating and a new gear had to be installed.

Angi5He is not the cheapest person I can buy a door from. I bought two cheap doors from another guy, than bought my first door from him. I have bought 8 or 9 overhead doors since than from him and just replaced the cheaper doors recently from the first guy. Mike's door line outlasts every other door by 6-7 years. This is the only guy I call for all my doors now. Services Rendered: Entrance Door repair/replacement

Angi5Mike did a great job for us - he always does. Services Rendered: Mike and his guys came in to repair a overhead door on one of my buildings. I always have been pleased with his work, professionalism, and promptness. This is one reason that when we built our home a few years back we spec'd his doors. He also supplies ONLY his overhead doors to my company. We have found many others with a cheaper door - we have found NO ONE with a better door. When the wind blows - my door does not rattle, move, of have air blowing thru it. If you want a good door Mike is the guy to see. His door is not as cheap as the box stores, or some other doors on the market. His is just the best door I ever used and I have bought ten of them so far. By the way if you have one of those cheap doors - Mike will come over and fix it for you. He'll even install what you bought that is cheap - just remember it is really tough to make the cheap doors work as good - so just spend the money and get a good door up front. Give him a call if you want your door to work - if it doesn't spend a few extra bucks and get a good door.
