Google5I had lost my garage door opener 2 weeks ago. When I finally did call, they came out the very next morning and set up a new remote. They did an excellent job. I just wish I hadn't waited for two weeks!!!

Google5The Technician Vasiliy was awesome. Quality job and in good time. My 19 year old opener failed yesterday. I googled garage door and found this company. Called at 9:00 am. And the technician arrived by 10 am. Job done by noon replacing the opener. Perfect job! Very reasonable cost.

He executed the repair job flawlessly and is a fantastic ambassador for your company. The typical business mantra is "our goal is to satisfy the customer" but the goal should be to "AMAZE" them. Google5Overall great experience working with this company. They made a stressful situation (garage door stuck open) into a pleasant experience. From the moment Steve answered the phone, to Vasiliy arriving and diagnosing the problem, everything was awesome! Vasiliy was thorough in inspecting the problem, laid everything out clearly beforehand, and completed the repair quickly and expertly. Same day service was icing on the cake. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future! Thanks OGD!

Google5I would definitely recommend this company for any garage door needs! I contacted OGD and was able to get an immediate appointment. David came out and did an EXCELLENT job! He was prompt, identified the source of the issue and gave me options to resolve the problem. He walked me through the service process and performed it efficiently and offered tips on upkeep and preventive maintenance. Again, David was EXCELLENT and I will continue to use this company in the future for all my garage door needs!

Google5David was awesome to work with! They gave us a window of 4-6 and he was here right at 4 and wasted no time to help us. He was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I understood what maintenance/repairs he was going to do and the reason behind doing them. We'll always use OGD from here on out anytime we need anything with our garage!

Google5David was super. I rate him 5+ stars. He was very knowledgeable in his job. He explained step by step what needed to be done and he did it perfectly. My garage door opens and closes with ease. He is also very kind person. I would recommended him for all your garage needs. Thumbs up David Serman.
