Google5I called DoorGorilla and was able to get a service call for the very next day. Kobe and Jayce arrived on time and immediately discovered that I needed to purchase a new garage door operating system. They were quick to offer quotes and explained each option and installed the new system the same day. Both service techs were informative, friendly and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend DoorGorilla.

Google1I called for emergency services on a Friday evening. The person that answered the phone said a worker would call me within an hour. That never happened. I called back the following morning to check to see if someone was still going to call. Provided my information again and immediately received a phone call from someone else saying that they do not provide services on the weekend despite the fact that I had called on a Friday. Then was told that they would not be able to send someone out for five days. Seemed to be some confusion between the first person I spoke to and the second person who called back. The first seemed to think they could have someone come out and the second person who said they don't work on the weekends. Now I'm currently on the search for another company that will be willing to help me.

Google5The appointment was set up within a week to replace the broken springs on my garage doors. Mike and Adam arrived on time, explained the work required and worked efficiently and professionally.

Google5From getting the estimate to the installation, Jason and Tim were great to work with. They came when they said they would, did the installation when they said they would and installed a new garage door, track and all, to our carport with professionalism and expertise. Clearly adds value to our home's curb appeal and property security. We are very happy with Blue Ridge Doors and Door Gorilla! Best company we have had the pleasure of working with thru all of the improvements we have had done to our fixer upper.

Google5Couldn't ask for a better experience replacing my garage door. Installers were here on the day they said they would be and were here promptly at eight. Installers were very friendly and professional. They took their time to educate me on the equipment (remote and keypad)Would recommend this company Highly to anyone needing garage door services

Google5I chose this company based on the great reviews that I read. My older parents, cant say elderly or I will be grounded had a 30+ yr old door that was falling apart. They replace the door and explained to my parents exactly what they were doing. Superior service and great product. I woukd give them more than 5 stars if available.

Google5They did a great job with my garage. They were very quick on the instal. They were very helpful with the estimate and deciding what door to get. They got us exactly what we wanted, and at a great price. I highly recommend them.
