There is no where else you need to look, these guys are top notch. My garage door decided to stop working one morning, it when up and didn't want to go back down, although I manually lowered it, I was worried about the security of my home. James was able to schedule someone to come out and service my garage door the same day. John came out and did a great job installing a new motor and springs for me. The next day I notice that the door was making an awful screeching sound. John had no trouble coming back out the next day. He made some adjustments at no extra cost and now the door works perfectly. I was most impressed with their response time and professionalism. If I ever need service for my door again, I know who to call.

My garage door broke and I scheduled with Norman's Overhead Doors to repair my garage door. Jerame and Deven arrived and after looking at the door they suggested to change the door due to wood rot. They then showed/explained to me that wood rot was the root of the door problem. They changed the door, hauled the old door away, explained how to use my new door, and they cleaned up their rubbish. Although that is expected by every company, it was their customer service and knowledge that made my experience amazing and they went over and beyond. That's why I took the time to write this comment!

Jeramy and his son was quick and efficient, they upgraded my new motor and remotes, and checked over all operation on my garage door which I had over 15 years and many more to come, put in 2 eye sensors, and replace my outside key pad and indoor switch opener and added 2 extra remote buttons. I am very satisfied and happy

During the recent Holiday season, Norman's Overhead Doors responded quickly to reset the spring tension in our garage door opener. Although we needed a new opener, we were very pleased with the overall service. A special shout-out to Val who made our pre-Christmas service possible!
